I smoke . But I only smoke on weekends.. That would be Fri -Sat.
I dont smoke on Sundays..
Smoking makes everything feel twice as hard than it should be. Always out of breath and takes forever to recover from heavy sets..
If you cant cut it. Try save it till the weekend.. A

Hey i quit when i started dieting for 2007 comp lol.Never diet ,give up smoking and start a cycle with tren in he he i was very grumpy.
