Estrumate (cloprostenol sodium), Lutalyse (dinoprost tromethamine) and ProstinVR (alprostadil) are all prostaglandins, but each are distinctly different compounds. The first two are prostaglandin F2a(PGF2a) synthetics, while ProstinVR is a Prostaglandin E1(PGE1), with slightly different applications.

Estrumate is PGCL (Prostaglandin cloprostenol).

Lutalyse and Estrumate are both analogues of PGF2a, so if anyone was interested, I could post the whole 2 page description of Lutalyse from Llewellyn's book here, which covers history, sides and administration.

ok well i got some pgcl and decided to try it out, took a 25mcg shot at 12:00pm and still waiting for the runs to kick in,been 2:15 hours and only stomach gurgeling and increased body temp,site from injection slightly tender but nothing major... will try another 25mcg shot at 6:00pm and see how that goes.ps i did drop a dart that could probably kill an elephant with no sense of smell...

well i took another shot last night and well still stomach gurgeling but no dropping of the gut, slightly increased body temp etc. this morning i took a 40mcg shot,that was about 30mins ago,stomach rumbling is still the same and muscle spasm are quite annoying,i dont know maybe i am not taking enough for my weight but i will try another shot this afternoon around 12:00 - 1:00pm...i think that not getting the shits means i am taking to little but i am not complaining about those side effects... i do find that i am urinating a bit more but nothing too bad...

ok well yesterday i took another shot of 40mcg just after 1:30pm, 30minutes later it was bathroom time,i did have the runs for all of about 5 minutes untill my gut was clear of any thing in it,this morning did the same 40mcg this morning nothing more than stomach gurgling,just taken a 2nd shot of 50mcg now and will let u know how it goes,this stuff works pretty quickly... so i will report back a bit later,note that i am increasing slowely with dosage. first day was 25mcg morning,20mcg afternoon, 2nd day 40mcg morning,40mcg afternoon, today 40mcg morning and 50mcg afternoon, tomorrow i will do 30,30,30 and see how that goes... injection pain is slight when having ice cold shots going into the bicep or tricep,muscle pain post shot is minor and is gone with in 5mins...but so far so good...

You seem to handle it quite well DJ-I always have to go after a shot and I do 35mcg.

Pinning in the stomach-been trying that for a few weeks hoping to try and spot reduce-makes its worse, but if I keep under 60mcg in a sitting I'm fine, except carb up days, then suffer with stomach cramps for most of the day

Noticed anything ito of weight loss or fat reduction so far?

chinese version,

well i was on for 10days and saw a 5.5kg loss in that time, i am on reduced calories of about 2800 a day and no cardio, so first round so far so good,i will go on again as of monday next week,for the 2nd stint...i found that the right dose for me was 50mcg per shot,and i went up to 150mg a day, i will see how it goes in the next stint and give u daily feed back...

i have started another cycle of pgcl just now,6days after my first 10 day cycle,i will be using 50mcg 3x a day.i find that is the right dosage for me at 100kgs roughly...so will see how it affects me... i took 50mcg 10mins or so ago..so will wait for it to hit (usually took me about 20-30mins last time) i am only doing sub q injections this time around into fatty areas to see if it has any marked difference to sub q body fat stores...

I have seen some visable fat loss but nothing like yohimbe,I find diet alone works better,it does have a good diuretic effect though...
