Hi All,

Firstly to whom it may concern, thank you for such an awesome site :-D

Secondly, I have loads of questions but will keep it short and schweet....

I've never used gear and really wanna start getting better, faster results than current....

I'm 28 and have been training for over 10 years and active in sport for longer but yet to achieve the results I desire.

Naturally I consider myself big, I'm 185cm weigh 116kgs with 29% bf....

I would like to bring that bf down and get lean.... Don't wanna bulk up more but also don't wanna look like a retard...

I've been doing lotsa reading and seems though Anavar and winstrol seem to be the safest, apart from the hairloss.... I'm not afraid of injectables, actually quite the contrary, excited about jabbing if it reduces the toxins.

What roids can I start with?
What should my fitness level be before starting?
Where can I buy?
How do i know if it's the right stuff?

Your help will be greatly appreciated.

well first of all you are a large lad at 29% bf... consider dieting down to about 15% before you consider juicing,it just makes your results so much better when u look amazing when your body fat is lower...seeing it would be your first cycle u could do a standard test cycle such as test enethate or cyprionate at maybe 300-600mg a week. you could front load with dbol and if u wanna add in a nice anabolic and have plenty money to spend u can go for primobolan at 400mg + a week if not then something like deca/equipoise is a safe bet. before you consider a cycle get your pct in order for when you come off...there is nothing worse than spending all that money on a cycle only to loose it all at the end.you can start with getting pregnyl or ovidrel at your "natural test" stimulator, adding in clomid will only benefit you aswell, then depending on the substance u use depends on the Anti Estorgen that u will use,if u use something like deca/tren then you need to stay away from tamoxifen and use letro. if you use other substances such as equipoise,primo etc then u can get away with kessar/tamoxifen.

how do u know if it the right stuff,if you have a trustworthy supplier then u know its the right stuff...stick to either pharmacutical grade muti or look at getting hold of PGW or DCG products... they are probably the only trust worthy underground labs that are around at the moment...

where can i buy...go to your gym and look for the guy who hangs around in big cargo pants and a white vest sitting there flexing in the mirror after his 50th set at doing bench press or arm curls..if not mail the admins of the site and they will put u in the right direction..

look muti is not a quick fix,you need to realise that u need to eat properly inorder to get the results u want...think of juice as the cement and food is the bricks of the house u are building...with out the bricks u are gonna be sitting there building a zulu mud hut instead of a brick house... there are a couple of threads about dieting that u need to look at...what sport is it that u are in that u would like to achieve better results in?

Damn, that was the last thing I’d have wished you’d say…. I don’t think I’ve ever been 15% EVER!! I have the metabolism of a tortoise turd in constipation…. I think the lowest I’ve ever been was 18% and that was training 6 days a week and sometimes twice a day…. Doesn’t dbol make you bigger? I don’t wanna turn into the HULK…. But if you could elaborate on that I’d appreciate it…. What would you recommend for pct then? Please excuse the ignorance…Also what should the cardio be like when using what you’ve recommended?

You haven’t made mention of the gear I suggested?

My eating is generally very healthy but I have a tendency to over eat, I love my food…

My understanding on using for the results I want is, getting to the desired result quicker and maintaining… My sports are Rugby and boxing….However, this would be more vanity….

I have no idea how to post a pic here….? Could I e-mail you a pic so you have a better idea?

the substances i mentioned are good for first time user thats why i listed them...

winstrol and anavar and an eca stack will harden u up and make u drop some body fat which is always a bonus in my books but thats if your diet is in tact......

your metabolism isnt like a tortoise turd in constipation,its a case of u have been eating to much and u cant get lean without burning up more energy or onsuming less energy than u need which mean u will tap into body fat stores for energy... bud, if u put your mind to it u can do anything,6 months hard work and u can do anything.... www.anabolicsteroids.co.za/forum?func=view&catid=10&id=2516 look how much u can change in a space of 6months and i knew fuck all about dieting...and only 6weeks of that was winstrol to harden me up. if u need help with a diet drop me a mail and i can give u a hand.u dont have to starve yourself to loose weight,just eat the correct amounts of the right things inorder to keep your metabolism fueled and your energy levels just enough to use your body fat for extra energy..

dbol will make u bigger and stronger but u only use it to kick start your cycle but it also increases dopamine levels( i think i read that somewhere cant remember where to back it up) which can aid in fat loss....

bud why go to all the hard effort to put on muscle when u wont be able to see it,stick to a diet,clean eating,reserve 2 cheat meals a week, 30mins HIIT cardio 4 times a week and u will be good to go...since i have changed my diet around again i have dropped from 104 to 98kgs in a space of 9 days,alot from water etc but i have skythe and tiburon to back that up as they saw the numbers on the scale...

Getting down to 15%bf is gonna take so freaking long, hence why I wanted to use .... BUT I will try it if you could give me a solid program and diet I'll be more than willing to try it pal....
