A junior really needing some help was created by jack
Hi

I started training about 2 years ago and over the past few months seem to have hit a brick wall. I've tried M-stack, stack, pack and animal test from animal. They seem to help a little but they are certainly not worth the money with animal Test at 1k it does not provide results.

I want to try a steroid cycle but im really confused. The more i read the more i am in complete and utter confusion. I have read that pure test is the best to take but has a lot of sides. Ideally i want something with minimal sides and lean growth - i know the dream.

Before i go on further i my stats are:
77kg
181cm
age 29

I read that boldenone is better than deca on bodybuilders.com, and am tempted to give this a try along side either some pro-hormones or a small dose of Test propionate.(and i mean SMALL)

Am i right in what i am saying.... or am i complete noob and have everything wrong. What is the safest test to take and what are the smallest doses one can take....

Is it critical to take something after the cycle to stop a 'crash' whatever that is....

Please help me out guys... i need some real advice.

thanks

Sort out your diet and training first.
It is possible you have hit a brick wall because to don't eat and train right. These two fundamental aspects of mass gain need to be perfected with time, and only when they are right will a steroid cycle work to full effect. You will be wasting your money on gear without proper diet and training just like you feel you are wasting it on supplements.

I don't know what your diet and training is like but I can tell you that when your diet and training are spot on, and you still don't gain, then you can enjoy your first cycle and enjoy reaping the full rewards.

What kind of gains have you made in the last two years. Perhaps I'm rambling on here and your diet and training is perfect and you've making amazing progress...

P.s. Your age is slowly starting to work against you as you reach your thirties so this could be a contributing factor.

Sorry if I offend you
Its just my point of view
