Milk Thistkle will do nothing to assist your kidneys. 6L Water/day, Citro Soda, Cranberry Juice.

i have started getting slight pain in my lower back,nothing major but it is uncomfortable. do you think the above mentioned 6l water, citra soda and cranberry juice can help, i only have one strip left, roughly 5 days or so? should i stop to prevent damage, or just finish it off?

It will assist, also control blood sugar levels and blood pressure.

I don't see the cranberry helping, but you can try it if you like (cranberry is more for infection but not to heal 'kidneys')... Natural diuretic would be tea, so load up on tea... Mix roiboos and green tea together and down liters of it a day..

When I had pains and increased protein in urine I took it 3 times a day and drank 1L Cranberry juice a day with 6L water at least to flush out toxins.

Agree it does not heal kidneys but aids in reducing tract infections, forgot to mention Vitamin C 5G per day. Green Tea is a good addition.
