Liver support other than Milk Thistle

Hey

Just a quick one, i take about 1200mg of milk thistle per day...

Taking 2x Orals (both low dosages - 10mg D-bol per day and 40mg Anavar per day)

Any other liver support i should be taking?

Ask your doc for Legalon. 1 a day should keep the cirrhosis away.

dandelion root, and cranberry juice pills

I think its S3. My doc said it pulled one of his patients out of liver failure.

Sched 3, but i still got some over the counter once. Latest box i got a script - medical aid pays. Drank like a fish over Dec(injury mixed with boredom) and my Gama GT came back normal!
Legalon will be in my arsenal from now on.

Legalon is a more potent form of silybin derived from the active ingredient in milk thistle seed extract called silibinin. It does work very well but it is rather pricey but well worth the investment. Another compound that works very well for liver detox is NAC N acetyl L cysteine hcl. Its the precursor to glutathione which is you main liver detox compound. The higher the glutathione content in your liver the better it will function
