Deca,Dianabol,Creatine

Is there any advantage/disadvantage of using creatine while being on a cycle of Deca and Dianabol?

There are advantages to running creatine on cycle. However I prefer to save it for post cycle.

There are disadvantages to running a Deca Dbol cycle however...

Im sure the avatar is a result of all that estrogen from the DBol and Boobies from the deca.:laugh:
Dbol aromatises. Deca has affinity for the Progesterone receptor. With these two together youre looking for progesterone gyno. Hope you have an AI nearby. Where's the test?

What do you then suggest I take. I am 45, 1,76m, 87kg, 19,6% BF, and have only been on 2 x 8 weeks cycles of Deca and Dianabol before (10 months ago). Back in gym for 3 weeks now. Need to put on some serious muscle. Only bit of fat is on stomach, hips and chest.
Would appreciate some professional help.

You have 3 years on me and youre BF is a 4 higher, otherwise youre the same.

Nothing wrong with TestE/Deca cycle. I'm planning one myself.

15 weeks:
TestE:300mg X 2
Deca: 350mg(Maybe (20 X 350)/15 = 466) In 2 doses
EQ: 350mg/2 (Maybe (20 X 350)/15 = 466)In 2 doses
95% the lower doses.
60% Deca only at 466/week
40% EQ only at 466/week

60/40 for Deca as i know the compund and it works really well for me.

4 weeks:
Test Prop: 150 mg EOD
Winny Suspension: 100mg EOD

Throughout cycle:
Proviron 50mg/day split
500iu Ovidrel/week
Letro on standby.

As for the Dbol frontload. I was also planning it but because of the heavy estrogen conversion with deca i got a bit scared. If i take Letro at super low doses(See oupiel's post elsewhere) i might do 2-3 weeks at 30mg/day.

I usually run the Test higher than the Deca but different strokes...

JR, are you sensitive to gyno? If not I see no problem with including the Dbol. I ran the same dosages (except higher test) without an AI and did not get gyno.

Hey Inja, The test is higher. But i think that might be my limit. I might use less if the BP goes up too much.
