acne after first test cycle

guys, i did my first test cycle (500mg p.w test e) late last year.
I ended the 12 week cycle with clomid and nolva for pct early december and for the first time in my life I struggled with acne on my back!!!

It only started during the last week of PCT or after PCT. Not exactly sure but 10 weeks down the line it's still a problem and i'm not sure what to do about it.
At the moment i'm using facewash on my back twice a day but it's not getting any better.

Whats causing this and how long will it last?

Most people only get acne during PCT... hormones are all over the place
