i can only give an interim reply : i used it for 2 days last week and it feels and acts exactly
the way it is supposed to . My goal is not to cut right at this moment , so i'm saving it
for a little later this year . Maybe someone that is dieting and using it can chime in further
for you .......

I started mine last week thursday and by friday afternoon I started experience bad cramps from the Taurine depleting effects of Clen. After adding some Taurine, the cramps subsided. This was on 75mcg. I am not trying to cut, but maintains gains during PCT and have already dropped water weight and tightened up around the waist. Its still very early, but I'm pretty impressed.
