stacking Anavar,Winny, Tren and Clen

Hi there

I am looking for information regarding, if it is possible to stack Anavar, Winny, Tren and clen for a fat lose/ cutting and stregnth cycle? I know having a ripped body is alot to do with dieing and the correct workout but somehow im doing something wrong for over 3 years!

Please I am just looking for advice on the stacking matter and PCT would suite it best! I am also a first time user.

would appreciate any advice please

It most likely your diet thats to blame.
Give some stats-height,weight,age,bf%,

And post your diet for a typical day

As for your stack running 2 orals is a no no.
Tren on its own without test will shut down hard.
Tren is not a substance for a first cycle more like the 5th one.
And tren is very harsh so a good pct must be run afterwards.
Get your diet sorted by a guy that know his stuff like DJ on this site.he does chrage but he knows what he is doing.

Get some clen or heat or fuck of fat or yohimbine.you can use them seperatly or combine them.
Clen +heat works nice.
2weeks clen followed by 2 weeks heat and repeat the cycle.
or clen + yohimbine
Or yohimbine + fuck off fat

wow interesting stuff! Have never heard of some of those before.

Im 24years old,175cm tall, weigh roughly 98.5 kg (weigh in this morning) BF% is 16% last checked 2 months ago!

My meals are based around fats and protein! so breakfast it would be an egg white consisting of 3 whites and 1 whole egg and 1 teaspoon flaxseed oil.

about 2 hours later a whey protein shake and a banana. lunch i would have chicken breast with a big hand full( about a cup or more) broccoli or tinned sardines instead of the chicken breast! post training it would be an whey shake with milk and supper, well latetly its lentil soup with a half a tin tuna and rabbit food (green salad)

I do cardio in the mornings before breakfast and have a cup of green tea and a glass of water with lemon in it after training( apparently its good for burning fat)

what do you think? see anything i could tweek up?

your diet is really bad man.
you are under eating

on a rough check you need about 240g of protiens. times that with 4 and you get 960g

go through the diet section and read dieting 101 & 102

that will help you determine what you should really be eating.

If working on body and character doesnt cost you something its woth noting. If criticism is all that proceed out of your mouth then know that is how you feel about yourself and depicts the health of your soul.

Need to get that diet sorted :pinch:
DJ does custom diets.he is good works with normal people and guys that compete.he is very affordable.
Get a diet from him it would be best.

Go to the contact section and mail admin so he can forword dj's email to you.
