Hi There,

I am 24, and 1.79 tall. and 90kg
I use to weigh 74kg.

Can you suggest the best way for me to getting back to my goal weight? I use to be a swimmer, and would like to get that lean body again. NOT BULK UP.

I heard it's a good idea to do cycles?
Can you suggest anything?
As I said, I am going to start using heat.

Any suggestions to combine with that and that is reasonably prices and easily
available.

Cheers

Ok since no one else has replied B)

with any forum of this nature there is a specific protocol that should be followed ...

its NEVER a good idea to just lunge in with a bunch of questions which clearly show you've done little or no research at all. What you're asking is that guys who have done the hard work of studying how to use steroids properly just hand over all that they know and give you all the answers.

the reason bro's in the know won't do this is because most of the people out there that end up having really bad experiences with steroids and go on to bad mouth steroids as a whole , are always the guys who take shortcuts.

Ok, that said ...

You really need to include more details about your training and current diet. It's really hard to give any kind of accurate advice with so little information provided.

Add some more details into your post and we'll see how we can point you in the right direction.

but you really should do some solid research on steroid cycling before you even think about taking anything. For your own safety.

saffa bro...

I suppose you're asking this Q cause you want to lose fat...
Because that 90kg that you weigh ain't pure muscle??

I would recommend for 1, a lifestyle change...
If you're gonna transform your body you'll have to know beforehand it takes hard work and dedication. Steroids ain't NO shortcut method for reaching goals... It just provides you with faster recovery, better protein synthesis etc to achieve those goals a little faster, whilst WORKING SO MUCH HARDER as well... for example: Since the recovery times are faster, you hit the weights more often (per muscle group), and so much harder.. you walk out there sweating like a pig, but knowing fullwell that it was a fruitful training session.

Now...
You'll have to first and foremost get your mindset in order before doing anything, if your mindset is just losing the weight and going back to your normal lifestyle.. you're in this for the wrong reasons.

I would recommend getting your diet in order, that is the very first thing - then cycling between a weight cardio workout and normal treadmills, bicycles and rowing machines... will provide good weight loss results without the utilization of roids.
I have a friend who just lost 15kg's in 3months with utter hard work. He did cardio until he felt like throwing up... But he looks like a million bucks now! And he is still training to lose some weight, once the bodyfat reaches 10% or less - he will start on a muscle building program to add some definition and size to his body.

Don't go looking for an easy way out, cause the "easy way" will require from you to work SO MUCH harder in actual fact...

Take it, or leave it...
Just my 2cents..

@ $ilver,u proabably find that the reason why your mate cardio'd till he wanted to puke is cos he probably was not dieting correctly to be honest,he obviously cut back to much on his calories when not getting the results causing a slow down in metabolism to a snails pace..i have suffered from this multiple times...i have now been guided in the right direction and u must realise that sometimes less is more... if u are not eating enough then your body thinks u are starving it...a good rule of thumb to see if your metabolism has slowed down to nothing is if you stop shitting...the once i didnt take a dump for 6 days as my calorie intake was far to low... if u not crapping then u are restricting your calories too much and u need to do a carb up for 2 days inorder to get that metabolism running again... hope this helps.

DJ bud...

I did consult him on proper dieting, but he has this tendency to think that he is always right...
I don't help someone if they're not willing to listen, or want to learn...
So I just decided that I'll stand back and let him do it his way...
His results would have been much better if he JUST wanted to listen...
But, that was his prerogative and he decided to do it his way...!

But ya...

thanx anyway bud...;)

Peace out...

Howzit guys.

Thanks for all the advice.

Sorry if I sounded like I was just wanted an 'EASY' way.
I know you guys have done a lot of research and stuff, and was only after advice.
Hey.... what a better place than this to start?

I realise now that a lifestyle change is a must.
I was recommended in cycling Clenbuterol, Acdo-Ketotifen and Heat.

I'm using Heat at the mo, as I really felt that I needed a lift.
I think my unhealthy lifestyle has taken away my get up and go attitude.
I am doing a lot of CARDIO and SWIMMING.

My biggest problem i think at the moment is my diet.
I'm a simple guy = simple / easy food.

At the moment my diet consists of - Daily:

CEREAL - Morning
FRUIT - Mid Day Snack
CEREAL - Lunch
FRUIT - Afternoon Snack
TUNA SALAD - Dinner

Any suggestions?

bud i posted a link a few lines up,give it a read.once u have worked out your BMR and RMR post them up here and we can look into a bit further. but your biggest problem is you are not eating enough hence the slow down in metabolism and the weight gain, also, cut back on the cardio and rather lift weights, building more muscle means the more energy u need to expend which means the more u can eat and if u are like any of us u enjoy eating! theere are 2 ways u can diet,1 is low carb dieting and ketogenic, i can help u with drawing up a low carb diet program but i am not to clued up really on keto but if u are willing to be a test subject i can give u a hand with drawing up a keto plan for you.

dyeasye....

These are my stats:

Age: 24
Height: 169cm
Weight: 90kg

Using Calculator:

BMR - 2731
RMR - 2531

This is based on 'Lightly' active.

I am wanting to push that up a level to moderately active.

So what's your thoughts......

ok in order to get activity level you need to first of all change your plan of attack. u need to get your mind off doing cardio alone,u need a combination of cardio and weight training. builiding muscle should be your first line of attack to fat loss champ. start by doing 4 days a week training on a 4 days split with 20mins of cardio after each weight trainings session, the next thing u need to do is look at a diet change cos u look like you are a rodent from what u are eating...just to let u know, this means more protein, more clean carbs and 1 piece of fruit a day,and plenty veg
