Hi,
Would also like to know correct procedure. Currently using 3x10mg per day from Monday to Sunday although only training from Mon to Fri. In week 2 of 12 week cycle and will use Dbol only first 5 weeks.

If everybody does it, is it still cheating?

As far as i know, it should be taken every day... evenly throughout the day.
IE: 3 tabs a day = 8 hours apart!

Give it a shot, you're only TESTing it...

i wouldnt do that jack,u wanna keep your blood saturated with the substance constantly so i wouldnt take days off,also it has a 6 hour half life so splitting them up through out the day is best...rather just run it straight through ol jack ;)

dont u guys get cement guts from staying on constantly?

i have to take days off.if i dont it feels like my insides have turned to cement.

and i dont mean just constipation.from my ribs to my arsehole,evrything feels fukd up

Try some, laxxatives, lol just make sure you keep natural detoxifyers on hand like milk thistle , dandelion etc.

Also make sure you are taking a really good multivit aswell as eating some fruit, veg and salad in your diet, to keep your organs and body running alright!

also take continuosly as you need to keep stable blood levels for max anabolic effect! If you stop and start you will not experience as good a result!
