KETO DIET and GEAR????

Can anyone advise on the following....

I have started a keto diet today, to get rid of excess stuborn abdominal fat.:S ...(Dave Palumbo Diet)

My cycle is 100mg Winny EOD, 150mg TrenEth EOD, 100mg TestProp EOD, 120mcg Clen per day.

Doing 30-40mins low inten cardio in morning
Weight training in eve for about 50-60mins

switch the tren enethate for tren acetate. 150mg enthate a week is gonna smash u sideways,also what are u thinking for ur pct?

also how long are u planning to run this cycle for?

I agree , rather use tren ace, you do not want a build up from the enan... stick to short acting esters , do not expect alot of growth from keto, I would rather run clen , t3 , ect from maximum fatloss, Keto is very difficult to stick to but if you can do it you will be amazed with the results, I recommend using dave's prouducts, lipolyze, testolyze , they are designed for use in that diet...

i'm sure that's supposed to be Tren Acetate .... Tren Enanthate at that dosage will kill your nuts for the rest of your natural adult life.

even 150mg of acetate is gonna be harsh...
