Deca, Sustanon and Androlic Cycle

Could you plz help my friend out?
This Dude is planning on starting a cycle of Deca, Sustanon and Androlic, he is already got the staff and his detailed plan, but he just needs an advice on his plan please refer to attached Excel document for his plan.

rather run the deca at a constant dose through the whole cycle,same as the sustonan. also tell him to split the injections to twice a week.
he is running 200mg at the first week and ramps up to 600mg a week..rather look at doing 400mg a week constantly. well he needs more diet than just serious mass to be honest but he can read up on that.

Like dj says stick to 400mg of deca per week and that is a long cycle. Also you must run the sust for 2 weeks after you finish the deca,not the other way around as u have it. And also like dj says injet twice a week like mon and thurs half and half....
