I lost weight slowly over 14 months. I had read far too many horror stories about loose skin and stretch marks so decided to take my time and retain as much lbm as possible.

I have some loose skin around my lower chest and lower back, but I'm sure that'll sort itself out after a few more bulk/cut cycles.

Thanks for the reply bud, i lost over 25kg but its hard to track as i picked up some muscle to and it took me all in all around 6 months or so.


ADD:Its weird when you dieting and training hard and the scale does not move but you can definitely see your body changing and my top two abs are showing nicely now.

With hard work and dedication you can achieve anything!

That's an awesome achievement Greg. There were some days I wanted to smash the scale into pieces out of frustration, luckily the mirror never lies.

It's weird watching the scale climb again now that I'm on a bulk.

Need some advice please guys.

Initially I wasn't going to bridge, but after reading up on old posts am now in two minds. My objective would be to start cutting a week after my last pin of test.

Current cycle
Week 1-4 dbol @ 40 mg ED
Week 1-12 testc @ 250 mg E4D

PCT
Week 15 - 16 Clomid 100mg ED (7 days)
Week 16 - 18 HCG 500iu EOD (18 days)
Week 16 -20 Nolvadex 20 mg ED (28 days)

From the older posts, it seems Anavar is generally preferred above winny and either could be run with prov. Is this still the consensus? In what week should I start the bridge and at what doses and for how long?

Should I rather cut natty and save the bridge for the next cycle or would the results be worth it for my first cycle?

Is it advisable to also run some T3 and FOF during the bridge (I have this already)

Hey bud

Congrats on the transformation so far, truly inspirational!

Your bridge period should be 3x the ester's half life. Cyp's half life is 12 days so you're gonna need to wait 36 days after your last Cyp injection before starting your PCT. I'd do this:

Week 1-4: 40mg Dbol ED
Week 1-12: 500mg Test Cyp (250mg/1ml on Mondays, 250mg/1ml on Thursdays)

Week 11-17: 60-80mg Anavar ED
Week 13-17: 40mg Proviron ED (shorter than the Anavar duration to minimise costs)

Week 18: 100mg Clomid ED
Week 19-22: 20mg Nolva ED
Week 19-21: 500iU Pregnyl EOD

If you want to further minimise costs, you can drop the Anavar and run Winstrol at 40mg ED from Week 13-17 with the Proviron.

Update:

Finished my first vial last week and am waiting for the test to "kick in" - not quite sure what to expect, but I feel pretty normal these days. Weighed in at 94.5kg's this morning, 9.5kg's up since start.

Unfortunately I fell off the diet wagon this last week and ate bucket loads of crap but I just couldn't stop eating - will tidy this up this week and get back on track.

Training has been going strong, but I tweaked both wrists getting weights into position during incline d/bell presses early last week and now have constant pain when moving my wrists. Will have to strap both and grin and bare it for now.

I slowed way down on cardio this past month and have re started with a slow session this morning in an attempt to try and maintain some level of cardiovascular fitness. Its sure not pleasant getting back into it.

Visually I appear to be making good progress especially my thighs and shoulders. IMO, my arms are tiny and I'm working them hard, maybe a little to hard. I'm definitely filling out in my clothes and am squeezing into my 34's.

Took some progress pic's, they look shyte, but I'll post them regardless.

congrads on the progress so far dude, 9.5 kgs is big weight so far, keep pushing hard, and dont worry about the pics, no1 is here to judge you, it takes dedication to get where you have gotten this far, its been an amazing transformation, i mean look at your avatar, so big respect bud! and keep it up

I suffered an "itchy nipple" two weeks ago and it disappeared the next day. Today both my nips are even worse.

Ive got some Arimidex on order but will only get here in a few days. I've got some Nolva on hand and read after a search on here that I could use this at 10/20mg for a few days while I wait. Is this sound advice?

Hey bud when will the adex arrive and hows the nips feeling today


ADD: I would take the nolva till the adex arrives, i know that it might hinder gains but if i were not happy with my gains i would rather spend a couple of grand on a new cycle instead of 10's of thousands on gyno surgery but that is just my opinion.

About two weeks since my last cycle log update. Progress has been steady, however I am suddenly experiencing discomfort during my pins. Previously I felt literally nothing but during the previous 3 pins I seem to be finding some nerves.

Diet is back on track however I've slowed cal's by another 300 per day as I seemed to be picking up too fast. I've also started regular cardio sessions 4 times a week for 20 min. It's a biaaatch getting back into it.

Strength continues in the gym and I'm quite chuffed with the progress despite training with a few free weights and a Trojan power cage at home. Herewith my 6 week progress stats:

( all measurements cold and unflexed)
Weight start 85 now 94 - 9kg
Calves 39 now 42 - 3 cm
Thighs 59 now 63 - 4 cm
Waist 87 now 91 - 4 cm
Chest 105 now 114 - 9 cm
Bi's 33 now 35 - 2 cm
Shoulders 123 now 128 - 5 cm
Neck 40 now 43 - 3 cm

Plan is to bridge with var and prov and then during pct cut with clen and FOF.

My Adex arrived last Fri and I have been dosing 0.5ml EOD. Nips are still slightly itchy every now and then but better than before. Luckily I'm not feeling any lumps tho so will carry on with this dose for the rest of the week.

I'm also starting my bridge of var 60mg and prov 40mg on Friday and am looking forward to see how that goes.

Update:

Week 8 of cycle, 14 test pins down, looks like I have another 4-5ml's left in the vial so only a few weeks to go.

So far so good - weight still hovering between 94 and 95 kg's. Hopefully I'll be able to put on another 1 to 1.5kg's on before PCT.

I switched training program on Monday to a bastardized GVT 6 day split. I seem to respond well to volume, so am keen to track progress over the second half of the cycle. Also really looking forward to see how the var/prov bridge goes.

Herewith progress pic's from the last I took in July (was 87kgs dropped to 85 before cycle) to a week ago (94kg's) Definitely looking a bit fatter.

Update

Another two weeks down. Itchy nipples are a thing of the past and I've stopped the adex which I dosed at 0.5ml EOD for a week.

I estimate I have 2mls of test left which leaves me 2 pins shy of the 20 I had planned. Amazing how much goes to waste.

Into day 6 of 60 mg var and 40 mg prov ED and so far the only thing I've felt is the extra wood - Mrs is burning some extra cals as a result ;)

After 6 days of the GVT I've canned it as it seems too much like circuit training. I was really enjoying packing on extra weights on the bar so have reverted back to my 6 day regime but with added volume on the first 3 days and added weight on the next three days.

I've maintained 94 kg's and hope to lean up over the next 6 weeks without dropping too much weight. Then it's hopefully off to 10 % BF in time for my bday next March.

Will measure and take progress picks in two weeks time.

Hey FB

In terms of results, bridges are generally just incorporated to ensure that we remain in an a muscle-sparing state state as the gear starts clearing of the system and generally bridges are not going to see a significant change in your physique if the compound used is only being used between the day of the last injection and stopped before pct. As such, I doubt that either you will see much difference in your physique if either compound is used and everything else in terms of your diet remains the same.
