Test Boosters was created by 333
Hey Guys,
I am nearly finished with my first PCT (one week left) after my Dbol and Testcyp cycle. Things are going well, didn't loose too much on my gains and my balls are back to normal.
I'm dying to get back into hardcore gyming and making more gains (not going to failure while on PCT SUCKS!). That being said, I was wondering what I can take after my PCT in terms of test boosters? I have read some stuff on the internet about using certian PCT meds as test boosters in between cycles but wanted to get your trustworthy expert opinions first.
Thanks again for the awesome advise you guys have given me so far!

Hi Guys, I'm now finding more informaton which is just confusing me more. Everybody seems to be raving about something called BRIDGE. Has anybody heard of it and know what it's about?

Basically I'm looking for something to take in between my cycles.

If working on body and character doesnt cost you something its woth noting. If criticism is all that proceed out of your mouth then know that is how you feel about yourself and depicts the health of your soul.

your body needs to recover and rest between cycles. just eat good(clean) and push hard.

Bridging is the period between your last pin and when your pct starts. Ist not the period between cycles. Why not go to failure whilst on pct? First I've heard of that.

That's quite a list of ingredients.
The problem with many of these products is that the developers try to squeeze too many elements into them.
The ingredients may well be beneficial when taken at significant dosages, but are typically wasted in these dash-of-everything type of products.
The only way you'll know for sure is to try find out whether there are clinical studies that support the manufacturer's claims in terms of the actions of the contents.
Then, find the recommended dosage of each ingredient, and compare it to the contents.
If all you find is anecdotal evidence and bro-science, then keep your wallet in your pocket.
I trust you're going to get your blood-work done to ensure that your hormones are all back within normal ranges before attempting to manipulate them (again)?
All of my statements are hypothetical and are intended for entertainment purposes only.

People are quick to dismiss natural plant extract supplements as useless and secondary ... little do they know that many of the chemical pharmaceuticals were developed from these phytochemicals. There are natural supplements that do work very well. Also, natural does not necessarily mean safe.
Some supplement companies do load their product with a long list of actives, not supplying the correct therapeutic dose. However it does not mean if a product has a long list of ingredients that it falls in this category. Another mistake consumers make is to believe that well known name brands are ethical and that small companies are the bad ones. Sometimes that can be very far from the truth.

Hey man, in terms of supps I guess you can the route of: fenugreek, ZMA, HCG, Bridge, ect., although there seems to be contrasting studies and plenty against (although logically it seems some of the ingredients totally make sense). If you want to stick to the basics try Zinc, Vit D, magnesium and calcium.
In terms of diet, make sure you eat: dark green veg (sprouts, beans, broccoli ect.), oysters, red meat, white meat, fish meat (oily fish esp), eggs and healthy cheeses.
edit: Thanks for the vid mannery, sums up nicely.
