@ Rooi bul,

What I can note from you photos is that you where always bigish, big boned guy.
At 1.65 or 1.68m in lenght and 100kg+ you should consider more cardio (heavey and intense) and a proper dieet, count your macros, this is very important. Don't cheat. Dropping your weight to 75kg will be hard work.
I also thought roids is the easier way but luckely and hanged on and just kept on working out, eating right and added cardio. I lost a lot in cm but my weight only dropped by 7kg. I went from a pants size 36 back to a 32 which sits loose. Sorry my stats was less than what yours was.

You relay to much on roids while your bf% is to high. You might cause damage to yourself, be careful.

Listen to the guys on the blog.
You have been well educated by everyone on here. (Oupa & Furk)

Take a step back and look at yourself, give yourself a goal and a time line. Remember Rome was not build in a day.

Sorry non of my business, perhaps read the whole thread then you will notice what you like to read, Rooi Bull has been counting macros and cals since day one of his fat loss journey, working out like mad within limits and annoying me with cardio. Steriods will not easilly be an option although he keeps options open for a cutting cycle when he is around 10% body fat. He lost 50kg + over a period of 2-3 years, although his best and most noticable results came eversince Furk, Pyro and Oupa taught him more about good diet and nutricion, yo a point where he helps and teach others, that Rome were not build in a day.

Keep on the great work guys, thanks for all the help and support, you really know how to encourage a guy and motivate him to look better by the day. (Pyro, Furk, Oupa, Pump, Admin, Muscle Addict

Yes Rooi Bul. After lots of rehab and help here on the forum after my surgery, I finally returned to training and cardio. I am planning exactly the same cycle as you mentioned (Oupa's crossfit without the Masteron). What's your take and expectations on the Ipamorelin as I am struggling to source it?

By the way, I think @Jono is a bit out of line with his comments. I've been following your thread and I think with all the help that you are getting and your motivation, that you are on track reaching for your goals. Keep up the good work.

Getting there slowly Bud focusing on quality calories under Maintenance but above BMR...

Did you use GH in rehab an recovery?

I am not expecting miracles from the Ipamorelin what interests me about it and other GHRP's is that they work with your body they stimulate more natural GH to be released they are cheaper to run long term than GH. And that is what I items on doing using it a while before the Cross Fit-Mast Cycle and then continue with it past PCT... If you can afford it go for GH though as with a GHRP your GH levels are not going to get close to that of a person taking GH. If I can source MK677 I would consider that... Hope LP brings it in if GW and RAD does well...
I am more for working with my body these days that is why I slowed everything down. Bulked lean for a while natural just to give the system a break. Also the reason I have laid off everything Anabolic since 2013... The reason I want it for Lallie is that her back is broken in two places she only started walking again a little more than a year ago. She wants to boost natural GH to speed up recovery. She is to scared to have surgery. She is weight training and consulting her Fiso on a regular basis. Her back pain is way less and better according to her when weight training (Babe praat met Optron DAT die ouens bietjie jou sienning en weergawe ook hoor ASB)

How is your recovery going Bud?

I think you are doing great and have become very knowledgeable. I follow your tread and enjoy the advice you get from all our experts.

My recovery after the surgery went excellent. Followed Oupas Anavar & HGH advice. My medical team can believe the progress I made. Started cross-training 5 weeks after surgery and jogging 7 weeks after surgery. I am now back into beast mode... Have lots of catching up to do. I have to say, I followed my Bio rehab to the tee!

I used HGH pre and during rehab (two months), but it's a bid expensive for me to use long term, thus considering Ipamorelin for the same reasons as you explained. I would definitely look into MK677, thanks for that advice.

With regards to Lallie. I personally think that back surgery should be your last option when all else failed. Like I said, Anavar and HGH did wonders for me. Its great that her pain is better and that she can do some weight training. It would however be great for her to regularly visit a Biokineticist as they insure that she develop her back symmetrically and that her alignment is in check. They will also advise with stretching. While making her back stronger and developing the muscles, stretching is NBNB!! You got to have flexibility in your back in order to prevent similar injuries.

Great to hear you healed up and made such good progress.
I also hope our paths cross at the Warrior Races. I am still a way off from Elite I normally enter solo. But next year I want to do a few black ops elites. Do you competed in Black ops elite? I mean like serious Competitor?

I am just going to do all the Gauteng and Mpumalanga Races I don't want to travel to KZN or The Cape just to go do Warriors there... Nothing against any Province or area though...

Hi Storm.

Ek staan nou op 104kg met 17% Body fat. Ek het net voor December n bulk cycle gedoen met Testosterone Suspension en Anapolon en nou weer Maandag aand eers weer begin na n 40 day lay off. Ons het Sondag oggend geweeg en stats gevat.

Hou nog steeds my Carbs onder 100g n dag maar mik vir 80g en my calories hou ek onder 2000.

Baie mense se vir my lengte is ek groot maar vir my self is ek nie so groot nie. Voel of daar altyd plekke is wat kan groter en ander wat kan doen met meer definiesie.

Ek is van natur nog altyd redelik sterk maar ja ek het n definitiewe krag spike gesien op daai cycle wat ek baie geniet het. Op set nommer 5 wat n dubbel is het ek 8 reps op 250kg op die hacksquat geslaan. Gewone squat 8 reps op 200kg bench kry ek nie meer as 150kg nie. Dit was nou op daai cycle

Sjoe! :ohmy: 250kg vir 8 reps hacksquat. Neem aan dis met 'n masjien? Dis steeds mal swaar, en ook odd dat jy meer kan HS as back squat. Dis nie rerig 'n move waar ouens vir PRs gaan nie.

Ja pel dis n masjien hy le op n angle agtertoe darm nie op pulleys nie net up n bus gly hy op en af. Ek dink dis n mental ding vir my dat ek swaarder HS as BS. Ek ontou die dag wat ek heel eerste HS gedoen het was met 20kg op n kant en my gat af gesukkel van daar af net n punt gemaak om swaarder te gaan al was dit met 1kg op 2.5kg n kant maar op moes dit op.
