aromasin for cycle support

okey guys after reading up on aromasin and arimidex,alot of people swear by aromasin as a cycle support because there's no chance of a rebound effect and it's not as harsh on the lipids...now I know this site advocates using aromasin only for pct...but would it really be so bad to use it during my cycle??
And what would be the best protocol for cycle support?
I was considering using 10mg everyday for 10days and then maybe 20    e3d...only if sides appear...can I do that?

Nothing wrong with using it as your on cycle AI. Many people prefer it. You won't be able to to do 10mg a day though as it comes in 25mg tabs unless you are using LP's which is a 20mg capsule. Half a tab EOD is a good dose to start with or 1 LP cap E3D.

yes I'm gonna be using LP's Aromasin....what about the half life of the drug....some people say it's 7-8hours and other people say it's 21hrs....I've also heard it takes about 7-10days for the drug to reach peak plasma levels....please excuse I'm not trying to seem like I know what I'm talking about,I'm just trying to get clarity....will e3d still be enough considering all these factors?

Google exemestane pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics if you want to know the science. Everyone's body is different - some guys need more estrogen control. Try E3D and if you need more then take one EOD. Simple.

Could you use Kessar during your cycle as an AI as well?

It is not an AI. It does not reduce systemic estrogen - it just blocks estrogen receptors so that circulating estrogen does not bind to them. Kessar/Nolvadex is not a good alternative, It is very toxic to your body and studies show that is is carcinogenic when used long term so keep it to only PCT and if gyno appears you can throw it in along with an AI until gyno symptoms go away.

In the old days it was the norm use nolva to prevent estrogenic side effects but it is not as effective as using an AI and is toxic. I used it for many cycles years ago but it's not the way to go.

I use it on cycle. twice a week with hcg.
It whacks the aromatase hard, and it takes the body time to build that up again. Half life doesn't mean much here if you ask me.
