Hey guys.

Nice site. It's great to have a forum on which I can talk about this stuff.

I have been training for about 4 years cleanly (2.5 or so on the right track) weighing around 89kg and 187cms tall. I think I have reached a stage in my training where it is very difficult if not impossible with my natural build to gain more muscle.

So I am seriously wanting to start a cycle and here is my proposed idea:
Deca 500mg/week (1-10)
Test 500mg/week (1-10)
Dbol 45mg/day (1-5)
and PCT i'm not entirely sure which is best for that.

That is what I have been able to decide upon with my limited access to good info on the topic. Do you think the deca/test/dbol cycle is good for beginners or what else should I be looking into? Also need help on the PCT as you can see.

Please help!

Oh sorry and I forgot to mention my age: 22 and my diet is pretty good. Rough idea: 6eggs+health bread- breakfast, chicken breasts for brunch, train, post training shake for lunch, tuna, chicken or other protein plus some almonds in the afternoon and a dinner with a good balance of high quality protein/ low gi carbs and green veg. Sometimes a shake later at night if im using 100%whey and not mass-builder shake

Hi Bud,
Firstly welcome.
Second, you a little young, but I will advise anyways as if you have set your mind on this you will pursue it anyway, but have cautioned you none the less.

The cycle you mentioned is known as the "bread and butter" cycle, tried and tested and extremely popular. As it is the first time you are using gear and not a complex cycle I would say it is very good, just that the dosing is a little high considering.

First timers I recommend mostly, a test only cycle, basically to gauge what amount you respond to.

K, so back to the dosing.
Deca: 350 - 400 mg p/week (1 - 10)
Test Enanthate: 400 - 500mg p/week (1 - 10)
D-Bol: 30 - 40mg p/day (4 weeks max)

PCT: (14 - 17 days after last shot)
Ovidrel - 500iU 3 x p/week from week 4 - 10, week 11 and 12 1500iU 3 x p/week
Fertomid - 100mg (single dose) p/day 5 days, 5 days off, 50mg p/day for 5 days, 5 days off and repeat
Letrozole - Refer to thread on forum, all doses there.

Injection protocol:
2 x p/week for 10 weeks

Single esters are best for beginners. Always try and run your test a little higher than the Deca.
I would look at the lower range of the dose suggestion as you are quite light.

It is not what car you drive, but the size of the arm hanging out the window.

Now to find a source and save up enough moolah! I tried to hint to the beefcake at the local supplement store but he just looked at me a bit confused haha!

So I should be looking for what brands. I've heard Nomad Labs is a popular one. I obviously don't want fake kak! Are there any ways to verify the quality of the stuff?

I have used my last Nomad products last night for beginning of week 6 of 12 week cycle. Have gained 4,5kg in 5 weeks and I personally think it's my clean diet,WPC,Perfect Protein,Creatine,Glutamine and hard training that is accountable for that. I will be starting with PGW Deca,Testen and Test Prop on Wednesday night that I am getting from a good contact. I'm like a child awaiting a new toy. Can't wait to see what difference the PGW is going to produce.......

If everybody does it, is it still cheating?

IMO Nomad is good stuff but yes PGW stuff is great and is a bit cheaper. PGW Testen300 I find is a little bit better than Nomad cyp 250 but PGW's EQ a and Deca are awesome at 350mg/ml and well priced. I just wish it didn't take up to 5 days to process an order. I had to buy some other gear now after my gf binned my test but needed it quick quick.

Good choice of Gear bud. The OC labs work well... I was scoffing down OC Winny tabs before 2 weeks from contest date and they worked well.

If you want to get lean good gains, with or without anabolic help, you going to have to eat more bud. You eating way to little... this is where most guys go wrong. I was probably eating more when I was dieting down for a show.

So up your good calories snakey... if you want help holla!

OK without working out how many calories try stick to something like this.

Meal 1: 2 Scoops whey protein, cup oats with water
Meal 2: 2 chicken breasts, tats or brown/basmatti rice.
TRAIN
Meal 3: post training shake (2 scoops whey)+banana+yellow lid peanut butter in water
Meal 4: tin tuna/2 chicken breasts + carbs.
Meal 5: dinner with a good balance of high quality protein + green veg. Meal 6: Fat Free cottage cheese with whey OR casein and whey protein shake. (need the slow releasing protein through the night while your body rest and repairs itself)

Stick away from bread, dairy, sugars and fruit. If you want fruit have it before or after training. Nibble on your almonds during the day, just keep track how much you downing a day. The more green veg you put in your diet the better. Have a cheat meal once a week and you should b sorted.

Oh swap your tuna around with those 6 boiled eggs (1yolk). Or make yourself a scrambled egg and chicken dish in the eve. But try get at least four different protein sources throughout your day.

Yeah, thats a really good diet I rate. I'm still gonna try get hold of a test/deca cycle as I do often get in a similar diet (Admittedly not always) but if I concentrate on the eating whilst on cycle it could only work even better! Bear in mind I have been training for close on four years and I am not getting any real gains recently.

Thanks so much for the help on the diet by the way. It's always good to get nice sound advice like that.

About the gear. What would be the best place to find a good source. Should I just go speak to a realer huge trainer at the gym? I don't have any mates that train seriously like I do.

Bro email me and we can discuss your diet further. As for getting gear I don't think you should be asking for that kind of info on this site.
