i got some good gains using Nomad, just started week one of my cycle using PGW (Dec, Test) and OC labs (d bol and win)... will see what happens

Oh sorry and I forgot to mention my age: 22 and my diet is pretty good. Rough idea: 6eggs+health bread- breakfast, chicken breasts for brunch, train, post training shake for lunch, tuna, chicken or other protein plus some almonds in the afternoon and a dinner with a good balance of high quality protein/ low gi carbs and green veg. Sometimes a shake later at night if im using 100%whey and not mass-builder shake
