Hi Hoosain, not to burn you brother, but I've ran successful cycles at 20% bodyfat to cut after bulking cycles. As long as his diet and training is in check he should be ok although not optimal. I'm not advocating cycling with too much bodyfat and don't do it myself just because of the waste of money. Results are less with higher fat ratios.

Clen to be cycled, two weeks on/ two weeks off
Will do more research and look into yohimbine use for fasted cardio.
Pinned 250mg test and took 40 mcg clen today
Trained Legs in the afternoon

There are people who can run through the forest without shoes on, but that doesn't mean it's the best way and it certainly won't work for the majority. Be careful of the 'jussayin' arguments there are less experienced guys who could learn the wring basics.
