Current Stats
104Kg
Approx 18%BF
24 yr old

Cycle Goals: 92kg Final Weight
Reach previous conditioning before operation (8 months since operation)

Cycle
1-2: Test Prop 100mg eod
1-10: Test E 250mg eod
1-3: clen 40mcg, increasing by 20mcg a week
3-6: superdrol 15mg ed
8-10: clen 60mcg, increasing by 20mcg a week
7-9: tren ace 50mg eod
10-12: tren ace 100mg eod
9-12: superdrol 15mg ed
10-12: Test Prop 50mg eod

Arimadex as needed.
Follow up with solid pct (clomid, nolva and hcg etc)

Training 5-6 days a week.
current split - mon: legs
tues: chest + triceps
wed: back and bis
thurs: abs and shoulders
fri: legs
sat/sun: whatever I feel like training, easy day

You are trying to lose fat by throwing drugs at it. Much better to do a simple Clen, Yoh and Winstrol cycle with diet on point. Even the Clen, etc. should only be added once fat loss stalls, so start onky with diet and training.

Thanks a mil for the reply Pyroclasm, really appreciate the advice. I think I left a few necessities out of my first post, Ive spoken to a few friends and made changes.

Cardio;
Fasted steady state cardio mon,wed,fri early morning (approx 400 cal)- 6kmh incline walk etc
HIIT on tues and thurs post workout

Diet:

Meal 1- 70g oats, 50grams whey or 8 egg whites

meal 2- 200g chicken, 100g basmati rice

meal 3- 200g chicken, 100g pineapple, 50g potato

meal 4- 20g chicken, 200g green veg

meal 5- 50g whey, 4 rice cakes

meal 6- 200g skinless hake and 100g basmati rice


Proposed cycle;
1-10: test e 250mg eod
1-12: adex as required
6-9: tren ace 50mg eod
10-12: tren ace 100mg eod
9-12: winstrol 30-50mg ed

Clen to be cycled, two weeks on/ two weeks off
Will do more research and look into yohimbine use for fasted cardio.

Pinned 250mg test and took 40 mcg clen today

Trained Legs in the afternoon

my thoughts is that your body-fat is still to high for cycling. Think you should diet down to at least 15% before cycling and most will agree you should go lower.

Is this your first cycle? tren in there... do you have experience with it?

Anyway despite pyro's advice you still went ahead and started the cycle. Seems like you don't care too much about advice when it's not in your favor.

Hi Hoosain, not to burn you brother, but I've ran successful cycles at 20% bodyfat to cut after bulking cycles. As long as his diet and training is in check he should be ok although not optimal. I'm not advocating cycling with too much bodyfat and don't do it myself just because of the waste of money. Results are less with higher fat ratios.

There are people who can run through the forest without shoes on, but that doesn't mean it's the best way and it certainly won't work for the majority. Be careful of the 'jussayin' arguments there are less experienced guys who could learn the wring basics.

I agree Pyro, all I meant is that he started the cycle anyway against good advise and no point burning him now, its too late. If you're reading mckic07, Pyro is right, the basics are important and I should'nt have put my experience forward on yor situation. They are different in every way so I retract my comment. It was irresponsible of me
