To Compete, Or Not To Compete? was created by Mr Chow
Hey guys, been lurking here for a while and have come at a cross road, and thought I'd ask your advice.

My mate has been pressuring me to compete, show date is 25 Nov and I'd probably be doing mens physique (athletic, I'd love to do classic physique, I'm just too small though :( )
I would love to compete, only problem for me is that my last pin is on the 3rd Nov, and I feel that going into a caloric deficit after ending the cycle would possibly cause me to unnecessarily lose too much muscle mass. My current cycle is 600mg/wk test E (testen PGW, hence the 600mg/week as apposed to 500mg). I will be following PCT protocol No1 of the sites PCT article.
I would like your advice on this? My mate is a natural competitor, and has zero experience with drug protocols and how the body responds going on/coming off anabolics...

Unfortunately I can't extend my cycle to accommodate a prep cycle, as I plan to work overseas next year, and a medical screening is done once I'm there (can't risk detection I guess). It is for the same reason why my 3rd cycle (current cycle) didn't include nandrolone, which I've wanted to do for a while... Would it be possible to start something like FFF or MHR asap to shred the last bit of fat if it is advisable to compete? More stats below...

1.75m, 78kg this morning, 6.3% bf  (according to Yuhasz skinfold method, but weighed 76 that day (11 days ago) realistically I feel like I'm more around 8%, maybe 10...). AAS history consists of a 10 week cycle of sust250 and dbol, and a 12 week cycle of PGW super test and anapolon.
Progress on current cycle: Starting week 9 tomorrow. Starting weight of 72/73kg, and I'm quite a bit leaner than when I started. I had bad acne on the supertest cycle, and a nice moonface on the first. Luckily this cycle I've had minimal water retention and just a few more pimples than the usual, which could possibly be because I opted not to go for an oral this time around.

So, to compete or not to compete?

I apologize if this is not the right section to post this question... Mods, feel free to remove if so

Hi.

How old are you? When are starting the job overseas?

It would be easier for the guys yo advice where you are at got a competition if you put up a few pictures of yourself just block your face or don't include it.

Bud if the competition is 25th November you have in my opinion waited too long to start your prep. If you are very lean then yeah maybe 12-8weeks would do you. But now you have what 6weeks? You don't even mention calorie intake or macro's?

It is on you. It always has been...
