Start with 5iu, and keep an eye on your readings.. You can have benefits pre or post workout. Some do it pre, I would personally do it post as I wouldn't want my sugars dropping and run the risk of injuring myself. A sugar low doesn't feel nice and when dropping in your 2's you can't even see the numbers or letters on your phone. 5iu is a good safe starting point and you can see / work your way up to 10iu. But please keep a glucose pen and don't drive that s3 until you know your sugars are sitting around 4.5 to 5.5, not under 4. Good luck.

Sometimes that pen burns like shit half way through when the needle gets blunt, so just make sure you have new needles for it (you don't need a new needle each jab), just when it gets blunt, and you will know ;)

Dextrose carbs tomorrow, will start tomorrow. Got tren and more test coming Monday. What's your recommendation on cycle period?
Will keep energade and cheese daily to stabilize just in case sugars fuck around.

Yup, at the chemist. Just remeber it's fast acting, so you would probably get away with 5iu and an energade and your sugars will be fine.. Things that screw with sugars is pizza funny enough. What I've noticed is the liver also does some strange things early hours of the morning, and that's when I've noticed the worst lows, so best to have stable sugars before you go to bed, and no joke bro but if you start upping the units, make sure you have a regular person you text at the same time every morning, and they know if they don't get a text they race over... I've had a situation when someone was trying to use syrup to get my brother out a low and he thought someone was trying to put drugs in his mouth and was fighting him off. It's one of those situations when you have a low and you just wakeup in the hospital and have no idea how you there, you have a buggered shoulder because of a seizure and people struggling to carry your weight, everyone is clutching out and you know that shit must have gone down that was traumatic but you don't remember a thing. So rather he paranoid and test more often, the testing sticks are not that badly priced, and ofcourse a digital monitor, not holding a stick up trying to match the colour on a chart to workout what you sitting at :)

Fillet don't have that type of outlook on life bro. We must first be content and healthy inside before we start working on the outside. Before you know it anabolics slowly become a addiction just like people run to alcohol and drugs. Talking out of experience and to help you buddy.
With regards to the insulin I had a athlete in 2017 that wanted to try out insulin in the off season. we followed a very straight forward minimal dosage protocol. first of all get yourself some fast acting insulin.

5 to 6 iu pre workout with
50 grams of fast acting carbs (karbolyn,dextrose)
5ml Glycerine
10grams creatine
10grams EAAS

then just keep a energade on hand if levels drop to much.

eat a nice protein and carb meal about 30 min after training. like hake and basmati rice.

we eventually stopped the insulin after a few weeks and natural levels and pancreas function was 100%. As soon as you start to play with long acting insulin and long cycles you will become a diabetic.

if you find the sweet spot with igf and insulin the gains is out of this world
