Dbol,Sustanon and Anavar

Hello guys

I am planing on doing a dianabol sustanon and anavar cycle in the near future I need help clearing aome stuff.

First my stats..
27years
12% bf
91kg
1.86m
Done 3 cycles before but 3years ago.

So my cycle would look like this.
Week 1-4 dbol
Week 6-12 anavar 60mg/day
Week 1-12 sust 250mg twice (500mg/week)
Pct wil start 54days after last sustanon.

PCT
Clomid 50mg/day Day 1-7
Hcg 500ui Day 8-26 EOD
Nolvadex 20mg/day Day 8-37

Any recommendations would be great.

Hi Buddy,

Cycle is going to be a good one.

Suggestions from me... if possible try to change the test to a single ester, that way you won't have to wait that long after last pin to start PCT. With the anavar i would start it so that my 6 weeks end just before PCT starts. So if i were to run this cycle with sustanon i would start my anavar the last day of jab and then run it until the day before PCT. That way you stay anabolic during your bridge period. I would also run hcg from week 4 and run it all the way until PCT starts (proven to be more effective that way)

finally, i would keep an AI on hand in case of sides. Dbol and sust could possibly have some estro related sides and i'd rather have it on hand and not use it than to not have the AI when i need it.

Otherwise the compounds are good to go in my opinion. good luck buddy

Thank you that helps alot. The hcg would you use 500ui eod from week 4 up until pct. Any Ai you could reccomend. Clomid,nolva etc?

HCg you can do 250iu eod. I've used at 250iu twice a week

Clomid and nolva should not be used as an AI. Keep them for PCT

AI's could be letro, aromasin or Arimidex.
My personal choice would be to use Aromasin as there is no chance of estro rebound like there could be with the others. However you can read a bit about each and make your own decision based on what you find.

I would like to grow a little. Lean mass would be great. The cycle is just to feel great about myself and maybe big maybe to try and compete once.

I am still unsure about hcg as i never used it before would you sal 250ui EOD?
