New to SARMS was created by Dan not Stan
Good evening

I am doing some research on SARMS and reading/ watching videos on it....

Would LGD with MK677 be ok to use for a first time? Or LGD with GW?

35yrs, 25% bf started training about 3months ago and lost about 11kg’s so far....

Thanks for a very informative forum.

Cheers

Hi Dan,

to answer your questions.
Personally i think one compound as a first timer, however with sarms you can get away with it easily.
Don't forget LGD supresses and make provision for a PCT after 12 weeks of LGD.

Then some advice, have you checked the diet section? at 25% you first want to make sure your diet is dialed in nicely and you get down to a lower bf before throwing chemicals in the mix.
Worked out your BMR yet? A sure way to lose bf is to try and stay below the BMR maintenance

Well done on the 11kg's lost so far. Looking forward to seeing more results from you

Morning Hoosain

Thanks for the input. I don’t mind the bf at 25% to be dead honest. I want to try and focus on powerlifting/strongman exercises.

Would it be advisable to at lets say 20%?

Thanks

No worries then. I assumed you were more focused on shredding like most on the forum.
My bad for assuming haha

For strength i would say go for it.
But generally lower bf would be better when using chemicals overall.
