Hi guys
A bit of help/direction here please.
I'm 45 years old and have been on TRT for a few years now, running test at 200mg/week for the last 18 months or so. I have cycled in between and will give some history below.
My test results in February this year. I haven't included lab ranges.
Total Test - 23.4 nmol
SHBG 20.2 nmol
Free Test 656.9 pmol - Target upper 700's
Estradiol 117 pmol (31pg/ml) - Target is 81 pmol OR 22pg/ml
My results this week.
Total Test - 14.2 nmol
SHBG 23.3 nmol
Free Test 348.9 pmol - On 200mg/week!
Estradiol 61 pmol - 16pg/ml
DHEA - first test - 13umo Range is 1.9 to 13.4 (I'm supplementing with 25mg DHEA daily)
I've only recently been feeling the effects of low test and my estrogen being out of kilter.
All I have done recently (three months ago) is 250iu Hcg 3 x week for 4 weeks ( I run Hcg every 3 months or so for 4 weeks) followed by a run of SARMS, stacking Cardarine and LGD. I've run test at 200mg/week throughout.
I planned the SARMS for 8 weeks but stopped after 4 weeks as I wasn't feeling good ( I know that's not scientific, but to me I was getting very irritable, libido was low, sleep badly interrupted and generally not interested in life much). I stopped and just continued with my usual testosterone, 200 mg/week. I didn't do a PCT as recovery wasn't really top of mind for me considering I'm running exogenous test constantly.
About 4 weeks ago I started adex at 0.25mg every second day, I was concerned about my estrogen levels being too high and I attributed the irritability and low libido to high estrogen.
Obviously the adex did it's job to the estrogen, which is now lower than I would like. So my issue is why has my Test dropped so dramatically, almost to pre TRT levels (280 pmol)? I really have not done much different. Could the SARMS have such an impact on exogenous testosterone? As I understand adex should positively impact test levels if anything.
My immediate solution is to stop the adex, up my test to 300mg/week and test again in 6 weeks. Any comments or other ideas, something I'm missing maybe? It would be appreciated.
Cheers
