Hey Guys,

I did the beginner's cycle Dianabol & Testocyp (Beginner bulking cycle) in Feb this year with some great results and want to do another cycle in January 2019. Big thanks to the Admins of this site for the recommendation!!

My current gym routine consists of The Muscle Building Workout Routine - Link

1. Monday: Lower Body A Workout
2. Tuesday: Run 30 mins
3. Wednesday: Upper Body A Workout
4. Thursday: Lower Body B Workout
5. Friday: Run 30 mins
6. Saturday: Upper Body B Workout
7. Sunday: Run 30 mins

I follow the NPL lean muscle eating plan – I’ve also been taking all the recommended supplements - Link

My question is: Should I do the beginners cycle again or try something else? Also are there any blood tests I should do before starting?

Male - 183m - 88.45kg - 18%bf

Hi Niella.

Block uit your face in your avatar pics.

Workouts look good no problem there. Go spend time in the dieting section. Read the stickies learn to calculate your calorie requirements and use that to make your own lean bulk eating plan. Those eating plans are like the old usn eating plans the one size fits all approach and in real life it does not work like that.

Go read in the dieting section and come back post some educated questions and I will guide you.

Use freedieting to calculate your basal metabolic rate and Maintenance.

How dit you measure Body Fat?

Niella.

You learn quick. Good. Now use the advanced options and in the Katch Mcardle fromula input your body fat percentage if your body fat was measures by a accurate and trusted method this will make a difference and in the activity section be honest and if you train intense scroll down further and input the intense excercise.

Post up your Basal Metabollic Rate that to me is also a verry important number

I suppose the next question is... do you know how many calories per gram of protein, carbs and fat?
If no, diet section is a great section and you'll get all you need.

Doubt i have to tell you to go and read it as you've done quite well so far. Once you figured that out you can start preparing your own diet to get the best for yourself.

My personal opinion, your BF is a bit high and i wouldn't go with the dianabol again. Also personally a big fan of anavar which will give you crazy strength and get the bodyfat down some. However most will confirm that you won't get crazy lean while using anavar at a higher BF. Might as well go with winny then for the strength and size increase.

Well done so far buddy.... on your cycle and attitude towards this. I especially liked the fact that you were keen to try the beginners cycle again as opposed to others who think they're ready for Oupa's ripper after one cycle and a few months of exposure to AAS. Beginners cycle gives plenty of good results and i'm pretty sure once your diet is spot on the results will be even better.

Big thanks for the reply! Will definitely get my diet in better check. I've been getting good results with the NPL lean muscle diet, way better results than with any other diet i've tried in the past. But do hear you and Rooi Bul!

My body fat percentage is more of an estimate from comparing myself to pic online and getting mates opinions. i should go for a pinch test to get a more accurate percentage. Think i'll get that done this week.

As for the cycle - very happy to go with the beginners cycle again. Only side effect i had was a bit of an oil skin. Loads of energy and strength at gym. You saying i should swap out Dianabol for Anavar or Winstrol? Could you direct me to a cycle that i can look at that uses one of them?

On cycles heres a few. You change it up either way.
1. Test & var. (wk1-6 var @20-40mg wk1-10-12 test 500mg) or run var the last 6weeks

2. Test & winny. (Wk1-10-12 test @500mg. Winny 30-40mg the last 4-5 weeks.

Pct as normal

Like Samz said, you just replace the dianabol with anavar/winny

Only thing though is to read up on the compound to understand possible side effects and how to deal with them should they arise. Also read the recommended dosages and recommended max time to use before stopping.

Test and winny - I personally would go on Winny week 1-5 at 30-40mg per day and then again the last 4-5 weeks of cycle (including bridge)

Test and Anavar - my personal favorite... i would do week 1-6 40-80mg (depending on pumps) and then again the last 5 weeks of cycle (including bridge)

And then like Samz mentioned, PCT stays the same

For diet, try and work out how many calories are in the NPL eating plan. Although it might be giving good results, sometimes these "one size fits all" eating plans are not giving us enough calories to get the best results. So although it might help you lose weight/fat, sometimes it's holding back some muscle growth.
Now i'm a firm believer of "if it ain't broken then don't fix it", however there might be room for improvement when it comes to these generic eating plans

So finally ready to start!

Thanks for all the help. Going to do the Test and Anavar.

One question.

Can i use Dianabol & Testocyp (Beginner bulking cycle) www.anabolicsteroids.co.za/sample-cycles/48-cycle-1
and just swap out the Dianabol for Anavar? and follow the program as is?

Yes you can. However I would do anavar for 6 weeks instead of 4 to really benefit from it.

So week 1-6 anavar and test you do the same as the beginners cycle shows.

Pct also exactly the same.

If you wanna get the extra results do anavar again from week 10 until 2 days before Pct starts
