Good day Everyone

Looking for some advise so here it goes.

Im looking to buy some gear but am in two minds between Equipose or Primobolan.

is it worth the price difference ?

what was dosage would you recommend if i pin 1ml test e every 5 days, 50MG Proviron a day 12 weeks

Well, let us see some stats of yours bud.

Age
Weight
Height
Training experience.

primo is a lovely substance and I got decent results from 300mg a week in the past, and I am a competitive weight around 90kgs. Am I sold on it? Mmmmm not terribly! Would I use it over Equi or Npp, most probably not. You may get more benefits from using Masteron over Proviron.

if you are using 350mg proviron a week, you would get more bang for the buck over using 150-200mg masteron a week. Very similar effects, but Masteron is anabolic vs Proviron isn't really.

depending on your stats etc, you will probably get away with 600mg total anabolic a week. 250mg test C,200mg Equi and 150mg Masteron a week. that combined with a solid diet and training plan will give you a decent amount of lean mass, and most likely no need for any AI.

Age - 24
weights - 92KG's
Height - 5.6
Training - currently training 6 times a week & strict diet.

May i ask your view GHRP2 would it worth adding it to a cycle ?

Body fat % at 92kgs at 5ft6? how many years have you been training? previous cycles?

well please put your diet up and your training, as I would like to see the details.

I am not the biggest fan of peptides personally, don't think they are worth their money unless you are using decent GH.

My body fat percentage is quiet high. No idea how much exactly tho.

I’ve been on a few cycle but hectic end of last year did a cycle 12 weeks 250mg test and 40mg anavar
Training I’ve been training since high school weight training about 45 minutes a day and 15 cardio

Diet wise,
Breakfast 2 boiled eggs 1 slice of toast and half a cup of oats
10:30 whey protein
12:00 previous night left over dinner which is generally a protein and veg
3:30 banana and yogurt
6:30 dinner generally chicken and veg, once a week I’ll make pasta.

Weekend I don’t really stick to my diet tho. I seem to binge eat abit

ok but break down your training each day, weights used, sets and reps done everything, the more information you give me the more i can work with and help you, but 45mins training a day and cardio ist enough to go on.

ok so right now, your previous post about a strict diet, isn't very strict, is it?

I used to go by the name of DJ on the forums, so there are a ton of dieting stickies from me, but then here is something you need to read to, your problem is your diet is CRAP to say the least, once you dial in your diet you will see results without even using gear.

the reason you binge on weekends is that you aren't eating correctly during the week.

so what it looks like is you are having 2200 calories Monday to Friday and then probably 6000 calories on Saturday and Sunday, which is causing you to gain body fat because your total calories for the week are too high.

so if you look at it, you are taking in 23000 calories during the week which is about 3200 calories each day because of the binges.

now at your weight, you should be looking to get down some weight so let's say for this example you are at 25% BF so a lean body mass of 70kgs roughly. so your calorie intake to MAINTAIN your 70kgs LBM should be about 2300 calories, but because of your binge eating you are taking 900 calories in too much hence why you are gaining too much fat! so if you were to eat let's say 2550 calories daily, no binges, you will be able to get to about 77kgs over some time. But you will not be binging, you will be able to lose body fat and gain a bit of muscle.

right now with having a very high body fat % you are at risk of aromatization of testosterone to estrogen, so you would be best to try and get body fat down to roughly 10% and then consider using steroids or anything with a high affinity to convert to estrogen.

okay so ill train two muscles groups a day twice a week (back & biceps), twice a week (chest & Triceps) & once a week (Legs & shoulders) Saturday because i have more time i generally try do i full body workout

so ill do 5 exercises per muscle group and that ill swop around so one week 4 sets of 12 reps heavy & next week 4 set of drop sets.

cardio i do the same thing everyday 10 minutes running treadmill and 15 minutes spinning bike.

Thank you for the feed back and honesty regarding both my diet and using gear the guys that sell gear are there to make money so its nice hearing from someone who is honest thats the reason i joined this forum.

ill definitely take time to go and look at the your previous posts regarding diet.
