Sarms cycle was created by Bane
Hi guys.. I've done some steroid cycles and would like to try sarms.. I'm 39, 90kgs, 1.75m.. Used to be skinny and went from 67kgs to 90kgs over 15 years.. Muscular but with some tummy fat so ideally would like to get bigger and a more solid, vascular look but also get the tummy smaller as well.. .. I was thinking of rad140 as a 1st time on sarms but would appreciate any advice as well... Thank you

At 39, you *should* be on TRT in the next 5 years or so. I suggest getting bloods done, speak to your GP or find a good endo.

Do not think SARMS are like OTC supplements. I have seen tons of people fuck themselves up. I guess medically speaking, Testosterone is the safest option, we really do not know enough about SARMS other than anecdotal which is whole different issue...

Whether you are low T or not, supplementing with test can always be done safely.

Mphilosopher, the thing is with hormone levels, you just don't know, so saying someone should be on TRT in the next couple of years may not be needed, and they still could be functioning like a machine. SO stating they need to have blood work done is the most vital point here.

but that being said :

Bane,Firstly, your tummy fat can be an indication of shitty estrogen levels and lower testosterone levels. High estrogen in men causes insulin resistance and that with lower amount of muscle mass due to decreased testosterone levels can really cause the dad bod!

if there is a family history of type 2 diabetes and insulin resistance or PCOS (your mother) you will be genetically predisposed to getting more abdominal fat vs other fat.

Secondly, you have to check your training to make sure you are meeting the right intensity, then you should lower your carbohydrates in your diet, and make sure your diet is high enough in protein and good quality fats.

carbohydrates for you would need to be more fibrous vegetables, fruits, and solid starchy carbs vs sugars and processed carbs.

thirdly, I would rather see you using something like low dose testosterone or even Anavar over a sarm, 20-30mg of anavar will be perfect. many people say you are wasting your time with low doses, but i am telling you that because number 1, I have used Sarms and as much as I loved the rad140, I got insane kidney pain from it, and i used 3 different brands thinking it was that, however never had that issue with Anavar.

fourthly, your supplement and recovery stack needs to be tailored to you. I am very interested in getting hold of this MHR from LP, and that might be a better option than a sarm, Thats is just my honest opinion.

I did suggest he get bloods done. Past 45 it is net benefit being on TRT for MOST if not all men, protecting against a myriad of diseases. I believe recommending going to an Endo and considering TRT or even supraphysiological levels of T is safer than a SARM that we have no data to predict ramification. (and you made a similar point to me later in your post so I presume we agree)
