Hi there, I apologize if my questions have been asked before or come across as silly but I need assistance with beginner cycles for myself and my husband. He's 47 and feels that he's lost a lot of muscle mass in recent years. He's a golfer and therefore the muscle loss is affecting his game. So he asked me to find a cycle that he could use whilst gymming to gain back some strength and put back some bulk onto his frame. For myself, I need a rapid weight loss and cutting beginner cycle as I am also starting crossfit and would benefit immensely from carrying less excess. Thanks in advance for your replies.
