Blood Tests - Discussion was created by mike87
Good day,

So I went for blood tests after a year on TRT and would like to get some feedback on some of the results from the more experienced guys here if you don't mind.

Estradiol 174 Ref: <160 pmol/L
Free Test 1138 Ref: 180 - 536
Total Test 38.7 Ref: 8.0 - 27.1
SHBG 22.6 Ref: 11.4 - 52.3
PSA 0.76 Ref: 0.0 - 1.4

I am considering doing a small blast for a few months & then go back on TRT for a while.
The "free test" is a bit high although I am sure on the bigger cycles it will even be higher ?

Thanks for your input.

What dose if Pfizer TRT did you take and what was your injection protocol and how many days after your last shot did you do the bloods?

Your body and receptors respond great. I couldn't reach that on 200mg every 5 days. Nice man, you don't want to be running that high for years, but good results. Your e2 for that testosterone levels is also great, are you on an AI.

I am using no AI.

So you reckon these blood levels is too high and risky long term?

I were thinking of increasing to 150mg and blast for a few months.

Commenting would be pure speculation as you don't have hemoglobin levels printed here nor what your blood pressure is doing.

Why not rather double it to 200mg and then when you come back to TRT go just under 1ml and keep that free test under 1000.

At 200mg if I want to keep the estrogen in place would arimidex alone be OK just while I blast for a while?

Yup, but your e2 is pretty good, so I would maybe do the increase, and after 3 weeks go just check e2, if its high then correct it with a low dose of arimidex, if not you might be fine to carry on without it.
