Kobus Smit wrote: Morning,
I would like to thank this forum and its members . The information is invaluable .
I looked at the sample cycles and decided on the simplest most straightforward one and currently on day 5 of cycle and Gym experience. www.anabolicsteroids.co.za/sample-cycles/21-cycle-2
Oral only
Age 41
Height 1,83
Weight 102
BF no clue
My athletic experience:
Gym experience ( none) I was provincial swimmer ( 1995-2003) Played rugby school ,university and then club .
My ideal weight is about 85-90 kg depending on my activity
I did a Dr check up and lab tests before I started . I needed to confirm I am relatively healthy . ( Accept for being overweight) Heart ( Olympic as per Dr) blood pressure normal . Testosterone on the low normal side but need to check back in 3 months.
Being on the oral only cycle
Anavar 40 Mg and Proviron 40 Mg and Male Hybrid Ribbed .
Will the Male Hybrid Ribbed work /assist with current cycle ?
Will Ostarine (Mk 2866) and or Cardarine (Gw501516) work / assist with current cycle ?
My limited time on the cycle can definitely start seeing more definition. However I have never dealt with the amount of stiffness and pain at strangest places and muscles. It is intoxicating in a strange way .
I started taking picks of myself to keep a diary as well as a journal on my exercise ,reps and weights used to make sure I improve. Like stated before never been in a gym before the 3 rd of February 2021.

Testosterone replacement therapy.
Men tend to lose 1% every year from 35 years old.
It is possible to replace what otherwise your body would produce in an ideal state.
So a Dr can prescribe you testosterone to inject to mimic and replace what we would ideally want.(the same levels as when we were 20 for example)
Could you please post your prior results of Total T, Free T and SHBG (and LH and FSH if you have them)

TRT will it be done during my current cycle ? Post cycle ?
Do you suggest me stopping with current cycle and doing a post cycle equivalent ?

You could add some cycles within the TRT, obviously no PCT, you just go back to using "normal" TRT levels of testosterone.
These are questions you will have to ask your endocrinologist and hopefully they are competent.

The guy doesn't even tell us what his exact T levels are or what else could be affecting his T levels when tested and now you're advising TRT. Very irresponsible.
TRT is not fun and is always a last resort.

Nowhere has any numbers been given to suggest a supplement with exogenous testosterone is needed nor has any physical symptoms been reported to base a requirement for replacement therapy. And I can assure you our bodies endocrine system does not read literature to determine at what capacity to fire at..

I did not advise he do it.
Literally not once.
The literature demonstrates at around his age, hormones will decline.
I mean this was copy paste my post:
"Was the blood test done before you started using any drugs?
What you should have done was get T levels tested before using anything.
If your natural levels would have been low, rule out pituitary adenoma etc. etc. and then hop on TRT.
I am not sure how worth it it is cycling at 41.
It will be hard recovering naturally most of the time.
Do you suspect you have low T? "
like wtf irresponsible?
How do you rule out pituitary adenoma etc?
This was clearly all in a clinical setting
Edit: Yes sorry telling him intricate an personalized questions should be asked to his endocrinologist. Very irresponsible.
