Gyno from LGD-4033

Hi guys,

I need some advice for a mate of mine that is not on the forum. He has done a couple of cycles and is apparently quite prone to getting gyno. He has recently done an only LP LGD sarm cycle and says his gyno has flared up badly in his left nipple. Worse than when he was on gear.

What do you recommend he takes? I have some LP Anastrozole (but it expired 3 years ago). I'm not sure if it's even still effective or if it becomes dangerous after expiring? So I don't really want to offer him that....

Anyway what would you guys recommend he takes and at what dose? I had gyno issues in the past but haven't had problems for a while so I can't remember what the best protocol is? And I'm not sure if a different protocol is used for gyno caused by SARMS?

Any help would be appreciated.

I wouldn't risk wasting time with old Adex that might be useless. It doesn't take long for gyno to become permanent. Just buy some new LP Adex and do 10 drops a day until the puffiness and tenderness goes away and then drop to 5 drops a day and then taper to EOD. Or buy a bottle of the LP 5mg Aromasin caps. They are great. It's a lot cheaper than surgery...

Even orals that don't convert to estrogen can cause gyno indirectly from the resulting hormonal imbalance. It's always a good idea to add something more androgenic to the cycle to keep the hormone balance more on the androgenic side so you are less likely to have estrogen related side effects.

@MA, thanks for that bud. I have some LP Aromasin that I bought for my PCT, I'll give that to him for now and then he can just replace it.

Wait, I think my Aromasin is 20mg. I'll tell him to order the Adex or 5mg Aromasin. Thanks bud

@pump how would you suggest he runs the aromasin 5mg? Start at 5mg ed and then taper to eod? Or higher and taper down?

Use it daily, you don't need to worry about rebound with it, so run it and let's see if it makes a difference.

Gyno doesn't just come about, it's tissue that is already there and just get aggrevated, you probably can help take the edge off but it isn't going anywhere as you said he is gyno prone.

The best treatment I've found for gyno for me personally is not consuming medication that aggravates it, getting my bodyfat right down (this is key) and then balancing my hormones. I've been off steroids over a year now and my gyno has shrunk allot, but I've also been on aromasim and tamoxifen for the same period of time.

Just some feedback for those that are interested. My friend used Aromasin at 5mg for a week without much success, he then bumped it up to 10mg a day for just over a week and the gyno subsided substantially. He has now tapered off completely and the gyno is not visible at all. He says that his nipples are no longer sensitive or puffy at all. So in short the aromasin worked very well for him. Thanks for all the advise guys

Aromasin takes a while to kick in hey, maybe a week sometimes longer.
