Good on you for sorting your life out and big up for you being clean and sober. Massive achievement!

My gear recommendations have changed over the years.

Have a read through the last couple posts ive replied to in recent posts, see how thats changed, and then come back with revised gear, and we can have a look at that and adjust where you need to be.

Welcome back and respect for training for a year without jumping back in the juice yet. That takes a lot of willpower and discipline.

You'll blow up super fast when on you're on cycle. Muscle memory is amazing.

Thank you muscleadict. Yeah i have been tempted a few times lol. But managed to stay away.. Butbi think i am ready now

Life is on track.. Work is good.. Seeing my daughter every second weekend again.. So i am in a good place and space. And the gym i believe helped with a lot

So will do what Empire suggested and come back and post revised cycle.. And also go through some of tbe dieting basics to make sure diet is also spot on for when i do jump on

So essentially we need to look at what you are wanting to achieve with your physique, and then choose the right compounds based on your goal. We also need to mitagate side effects and need for direct estrogen management with AIs. Hence why we limit test to 3mg per kg.

So once we got that info we can try and progress from there.

Hey guys.

Ok so i went through some of the posts and can def see things have changed.. From what i can see is the total mg of gear is how i need to work it ou.. I was still stuck on your test dose needs to be double or atleast quite higher than you Deca/NPP/TREN dosage.. Wich i am sure it still needs to be.. But i see how its worked out different amd not just 600mg test and 300mg NPP

I will try take some pics and upload

But yeah my stats is like mentioned above.. Just need to get bodyfat tested.. But im def not overweight.. Can see abs in the morning lol.. If that helps lol

I sleep atleast 8 hours per night
Train 5-6 days a week and 3-4 X 30min cardio first thing in the morning..

Goal is like i said to add some size and maybe drop the last bit of fat/water to have abs in the evening as well hahaha

And the diet is also something that i will need to work on to get it perfect because for now that is just what i eat.. Have to work out if it too much or too little

Ok so if the goal is to add some size but drop body fat, i would lean to a npp, test and masteron course.

Seeing you are not new to anabolics we can work on a dosing of say 10mg per kg at peak dosing after 8 weeks. We will start at 5mg per kg. And then over 8 weeks titrate the dose up.

So if we start at 5mg for 2 weeks. Then go to 7mg per kg for 2 weeks, then 9 mg per kg for 2 weeks and then at week 8 be at 10mg per kg for 8 weeks.

We can work it out like this

Week 1+2
2mg test per kg
1.5mg npp per kg
1.5mg masteron e per kg

Week 3+4
2mg test per kg
2mg npp per kg
2mg masteron e per kg

Week 5+6
3mg test per kg
2mg npp per kg
2mg masteron per kg.

Week 7+8
3mg test per kg
2.5mg npp per kg
2.5mg masteron e per kg.
Week 8-16
3mg test per kg
3.5mg npp per kg
3.5mg masteron e per kg.

So as you can see, this is predicated on your body weight.

So if you do some maths you will see that you are actually using fractions of a millimeter vs using a ML as a scale.

So for example, im currently 4 weeks out from a show,

I am 95kgs depleted and dry, striated glutes shredded. my current dosing is 1260mg per week so im at peak dosing of 12.5mg per kg but for the last 2 weeks will push to 15mg per kg.

So its a little different from what we used to do just dosing things on Ml.

So when it comes to calories.

25kcal per kg is pure cutting.
35-40kcal per kg is pretty much bulking depending on activities.

For you i would kinda start in the middle at 30kcal per kg for maintaince kcal and then adjust from there. I would start your diet 4 weeks before your course so you can see what your true maintenance is.

Then if you loose some bf at 30kcal per kg, and then start the gear, I would go up slightly over the first 4 weeks and then hold it there for the next 12-weeks..so the gear has time to work in a high calorie environment.

Hi Empire

Sorry for the late reply..

I have not been on the forum... Been so busy with work

I have not started with any cycle yet.. I can not actually believe it.. And still been training and eating as clean as possible..

But i am itching now.. Bad lol

Maybe i should start in the new year with the cycle.. Maybe first week in Jan

Not that i will be partying or drinking ( staying away.. Like you know the history)

But want to be super strict with diet and so on.. And get everything perfect.. But eish its another 13 weeks or so lol.. Guess i have come this far might as well stick it out..

But the cycle you proposed i will def do.. I had amazing results on the NPP last time when training under you..

So will def use that again

Just want to make sure my diet and calorie intake is perfect.. Need to brush up on your dieting thread

Cant wait to see what the results will be after training and eating relatively clean for so long

Cant wait to go

Getting training and diet right and the priority of getting recovery sorted 8 weeks prior to jumping on a course is first prize. If you can do that then you are absolutely golden.

Obviously the gear will speed up protein accrual but without the basics covered you are wasting your time. Too many people rely on just the gear before the rest.

Yeah i get you

My training has been propper for just over a year now and diet is clean and eating in the ballpark of maintenance calories depending on my schedule but i get close everyday . Also not eating any processed or sugary foods at all and i will say my diet is 95% clean during this time with the occasional sweet or something . But luckily i am not one for takeout and deep fried foods and so on , so when i do eat out it will still be like a steak meal with potatoe or rice , something like that

Like you say diet is everything . When you did my training/diet/gear protocol back then it is when i learned that diet makes all the difference

So like you say things have changed a bit over time

This will be the longest i have trained and dieted without using any gear

And i am very happy with the changes and results i have made. Top abs are showing , just this damn bit of fat on the lower stomach lol . I have also added some decent size . Weight is stable but getting leane , but want to step it up now . So cant wait to go lol
