Test with Primo or Anavar

I’ve been lifting since 2012. Lately it’s been a bit less due to a stressful job as well as having a new kid. However I do make a plan

This will be my first cycle. 

I’m considering Test E @ 3mg x 93kg per week (as advocated by Empire) 

and then I’m considering adding in either anavar or primo. 

regarding the above I’m not sure which will be a “better” cycle. 

I’ve read that you can take primo without a test base ? On this I’m not clued up 

Is clomid and nolva usually needed for a mild cycle like this ? 

a local guy here says I should rather just go test 500mg per week and Proviron daily for 12 weeks. 

test and primo, working up to 400mg of primo over 8 weeks, so week 1-2 100mg, week 3-4 200mg, week 5-6 300mg, week 7-8 400mg. then add in anavar at 30mg per day for 8 weeks.
