During my first cycle i was running Deca 400mg as well as Test C 400mg per week. Packed on some serious mass which I was happy with. I know it's advised to do anything else but Test only for your first cycle but I decided against it.

STATS:
183cm
22 years old
86kg

I was thinking of running the intermediate bulking cycle listed on the site (Deca, dbol and Test E). Wondering if it's necessary to add the winstrol? And wanting to lower each dosage to:

Test E: 500mg/week
Deca: 400mg/week
Dbol: 40mg/day

I am looking to pack on serious mass, my diet is in order and I've checked my blood work. If a different cycle is better id appreciate the advice or if i shouls change anything for this cycle i listed.

Well of course you got a great result using 10mg per kg on your first course..

Now you are wanting to push to 14mg per kg? With drugs that are going to cause some serious estrogen related issues? Not a great idea. Adding winstrol should be saved for contest time as it's hard to train for more than 2-3 weeks on winstrol due to making joint pain horrendous. So can't push heavy weights if tendons feel like they want to rip off.

Also, orals during a growth phase are a shit idea(unless it is your first course where i usually suggest using tbol and anavar at low doses) as they blunten hunger and cause digestive issues. Only reason I suggest those orals as a first course is because of the mitigated side effect profile on those drugs. So you sacrifice eating capacity for less side effect problem. Pros and cons.

Why not do 3mg per kg of testosterone for 16 weeks.
And then 1mg of nandralone, and 1mg of masteron/primo per kg for 3 weeks. And then move up 1mg masteron/primo and 1mg nandralone every 4 weeks untill you get to a total of 3mg masteron and 3mg nandralone by week 8 and hold it there for 8 weeks then come off.

So week 1-3
5mg per kg total(3/1/1)
Week 4-6(3/2/2)
Week 7-16(3/3/3)

Then off.

So your dosing would be 250mg testosterone start to finish.

Then 80mg masteron/primo going up to 240mg masteron or primo.

And 80mg nandralone going up to 240mg of nandralone per week..

Way better bang for your buck, less estrogen related bloat, less blood viscosity issues. More lean tissue retention at the end.

There is no reason to put on 15kgs in 16 weeks to come off and keep 6kgs due to water peeling off..

What is your current calorie intake and current macro split? If your diet is in order as you say it is, your calories should be a decent amount for you to gain "mass" more so that drugs alone.

How many hours of sleep are you getting per night?

Hitting about 3.4k calories, 220g protein, 340g carbs and 70g fats. For sleep it normally ranges between 8-9 hours. 

Honestly your recommendation is probably a lot better than mine, any thing else you recommend i change/add?

Take protein up to 250, fat at about 85 is a good number and carbs at 400.

As your current macros only get you to 2900 kcal.

Do you recommend any orals to kick off the cycle or should I rather just stick with those 3?

No orals otherwise I would have suggested them.

Get 3400 kcal in and then add in orals and you will feel like you are eating 5000kcal. Food is priority.
