Endurance deep dive

That time again when getting back into combat sports but the endurance is lacking. Only thing I've used for endurance was Cardarine and injectable carnatine which worked. Any other recommendations? Heard Stenabolic also being a good option. Much appreciated gents! 

Slu pp 332 is also quite good, MOTC the peptide aswell, but unsure of which labs have got those locally these days

Only brand I know of selling SLU PP is Ipharma but with their recent bust I'm sure it's no longer available

and i am currently trialing out that product, and i have a feeling that it is bunk, from the results and feedback from others, the price was a but of a tell tale sign

Thanks for the feedback! Going to try SR9009 before going back to the regular Cardarine to see if it could be better than Cardarine.

Give us a report on how that went eh? I've heard that the oral bioavailability on that stuff is near zero, and I haven't seen any injectable form of it here in SA yet.

Yeah heard the same and that's why I rather took the Cardarine

Currently looking at endurance compounds.

I am aware that testosterone increases RBC and Hematocrit levels, but I haven't touched an androgen in years now. (Not really willing to go back on them)

How potent did you find Cardarine in terms of endurance? I’ve read mixed things, some say it’s mild, others claim noticeable performance boosts.

And how would it compare to just taking a dose of EQ or Test ?

 

I find the stuff helps paddle power in surfing.. I didnt get much side effects, but paddling out in big days, I had strong bursts and was able to just dig hard and had my breath recover very quick.. I haven't taken it it in some time, but definitely something I'm going to order in the next few days now that I've been reminded of it. Its very different to test and EQ, EQ might help a bit with endurance but it actually puts me out of breath quicker, I think for me personally its because it triggers a tiny bit of anxiety, thats the only thing I can contribute it to, like more shallow, shorter breaths than deep hard full breathing on test and cardarine.
