I have some TRT side effects was created by Steph
I started TRT after doing lots of reading on this forum.

I started 3 months ago with 80mg on Sunday Morning and 80mg on Wednesday night with subQ injection.

About 4 weeks ago I started getting sensitive nips, so I know my estrogen is too high as this used to happen when I cycled different anabolics in previous years. As soon as I experienced this side effect, I reduced dosage (3 weeks ago)

I have now dropped my dosage to 60mg per shot, 2x week.

My question is, should I look into getting tomixfen/kessar and maybe take one tab every second day or so? Or maybe arimadex better option?

Or would it be a option to take winstrol tabs for the SHGB binding affect or just wait it out for the testosterone to level out in the blood?

What would you suggest would be a better choice?

38 years, 10% bf, 95kg on a good day

Diet is on point, training properly.

Thanks in advance.

Empire, if I may ask... Are you and your clients using UPA. With all that is happening with the raws coming from China and the crackdown, are they still properly dosed in your experience? I know that its mainly affecting Mast and Primo at the moment, so Test, Deca and EQ should still be fine. Just wanted to see if you have noticed anything or are still happy with what we are getting here in SA.

Thanks

Don't start taking AI's or tamoxifen as part of your TRT protocol. Long term you will be doing more harm than good to your body. Medical professionals will advise against it. Fine for a blast now and then.

If you are getting estrogen related side effects, then rather increase injection frequency to EOD or lower the dose.

Are you using pharma grade T? Underground labs are not reliable with dosing. You don't. want to make major changes and it happens to be because of one different batch.

Remember, androgens usually lower SHBG in general. There are so many pathways that you could be having issues with estrogen, is it in a detox pathway from the liver, are you converting too much from high bodyfat, most people do under estimate their body fat, do you have low rate of gut motilitity or any form of ibs, as that can be an issue of re-esterfication of estrogen into the system..

I just did a female hormone seminar 2 weekends ago, was lucky to have 4 Drs in the room, one of them a gastroenterologist, and she was also under the belief that IBS fuels a lot of female estrogen dominance issues. Now I know you aren't a female, but there can be the same issues.

Also could be the fact that you are doing your testosterone SubQ vs IM The rate of absorption sub Q is much slower, with a lower peak, but there may be more aromatase activity with you

I don't just look at 1 thing, so this is not just the case of throwing Arimidex at the issue, because lack of estrogen is also just as damaging as well as the blood lipid issues.

BUT YOU CANNOT TELL IF YOU DONT HAVE BLOODWORK.
e2.testosterone, SHBG, even getting prolactin checked is a good idea, GGT would be needed, Billirubin too for liver. FBC even get your HB1ac.
