TRT to full cycle

Hi Gents. 
haven't been on here in years.

I started trt 3 months ago of 250 sustanon once every 3 weeks.
decided to get UPA sustanon 350 and been doing 1 ml once a week.

Would you recommend different protocol?

Was thinking maybe .5ml every 3rd day.

i also have depo test, 100mg, but not certain it should be incorporated.

take your body weight multiply by 3, thats your total testosterone dose in mg for the week. eg 100kgs = 300mg testosterone which will be 0.85ml per week. split into 3 injections with a insulin needle gives you 28units 3x a week into a muscle.

to work out how much testosterone in mls you need multiply you weekly dose by 0.28 eg 100mg per week, is 28 units per week. 200mg is 56 units per week. etc etc.

add in other anabolics with that, as more test just ends up with more water, thicker blood, and more estrogen. more frequent injections mean less peak, less conversion to esterogen and less blood viscosity issues. idealy you would want to do daily injections, but more people cant do that.
