what cycle after 2 years stop???

Hi guys , I need some help about the cyckle now, I have been on cycle in the past for about 4 years I use to be cut and clean 1,78m x 95 kg, than I had to stop for 2 years, by the way I have been carrying training but very light just to keep me in shape, sigh today I weight 82 kg and my abs are slightly covered any suggestion about a good cycle of about 10/12 weeks and please I need a very detailed suggestion about pct, as in SA the product are different than from Italy, I want to gain some kg but keeping cut with no fat

i would suggest going for a shorter cycle with more quality gains, test prop,winstrol,masteron and anavar for 5 weeks,will give u a nice leaner and harder approach...

test prop at 1ml every otherday, masteron at 2ml's a week, winstrol orals at 20-30mg a day and anavar at 40mg a day... with this cycle u can start pct 7days post your last masteron shot.

quantity, 1 week after your masteron jab start with 500iu's of pregnyl 3 times a week for 3 weeks will be good. 100mg of clomid from the same date for 5 days and then post clomid usage 20mg of kessar daily for 30days
