Hello All.

Just wondering what you guys think. Im at seven weeks in my cycle running Equi and sust and was only going to run up till 10 weeks and i know most of you guys say run equi much longer.
Has worked pretty well so far and gained about 5kg of quality muscle.

Must i run it longer? maybe 16weeks with a test, wont get sust again cause its to painful.
OR
Must i stop at 10 weeks and take my pct with clen and wait till later in the year and do a 16 weeks at higher doses?
This was my first cycle so was a bit nervous to do a long cycle at high doses but i have been happy with the gains so far.

Thanks

This is really up to you.
Your first cycle is always the gauge that you will begin to base other cycles on. I do think twelve weeks is a good first cycle. Although I would be inclined to run your Test longer than your EQ because of half lifes. But then again I would be inclined to recommend test only as a first cycle for you to base future comparisons on, which is something you did not consider. My advice would be to stop the cycle around twelve weeks, but make sure you run the test at least a week or two longer than the EQ. EQ is really preferred in longer cycles though and is something you should consider in future.

Something alse to consider is when your gains plateau, if you stop gaining after a certain week and your diet doesn't improve this then its time to stop.

Sorry if I offend you
Its just my point of view

I'm inclined to agree with you one Test only for a first cycle.
