First Cycle Ever

Hi i am new to this but i have been gyming for years and i just dont gain the muscle mass i want i am 92 kgs with about 15% body fat height is about 178cm. Now i would like to know if the cycle i am going to start is going to give me what i want ie more mass with less body fat.

please any info is going to be really appreciated as this is my first time that i am going to do this.

1st week : 200mg deca, 30mg dianabol, 250mg test cypionate
2nd week : 300mg deca, 30mg dianabol, 250mg test cypionate
3rd week : 300mg deca, 35mg dianabol, 250mg test cypionate,20mg nolvadex
4th week : 400mg deca, 35mg dianabol, 500mg test cypionate,20mg nolvadex
5th week : 400mg deca, 40mg dianabol, 500mg test cypionate,20mg nolvadex
6th week : 300mg deca, 40mg dianabol, 250mg test cypionate,20mg nolvadex
7th week : 300mg deca, 250mg test cypionate,20mg nolvadex
8th week : 200mg deca, 250mg test cypionate,20mg nolvadex
9th week : 20mg nolvadex,50mg clomid
10th week : 50mg clomid

ok champ,u cannot run deca and nolvadex...it will give u lactating man boobs...

if it is your first cycle then u will do well on dianabol and testosterone... i would say 600mg of test a week for 10-12 weeks and then 30-40mg of dbol for the first week... pct will be clomid and kessar..

nolvadex....how wil that give u man boobs wit deca???? doesn't it block the recptor so estrogen cant get to it????? nolvadex is kessar???? i no wen u go off kessar all that estrogen that was bloke can now get to the receptor...and ur 1st cycle u do u should make the best gains seeing ur recptors wil be so clean so i would run the 1st 3weeks 500mg test cyp wit 30mg d bol a day and deca at 300mg a week then week 3 to 6 750mg test cyp 40mg d bol a day (stop on week 5 tho) deca 400mg then 0.25mg of arimidex a day. Weeks 7 to 10 500mg test cyp 300mg deca a week and 0.25mg of arimdex every day then pct ovidrol and kessar(weeks 10 to 13)

ck90ck... seeing that deca and tren are both 19nor substances the addition of kessar (tamoxofin) will flare up progersterone side effects and can cause progesterone gynocamastia... rule of thumb is deca and tren = letrozole instead of kessar...

this is the quote i am refering to from one of the senior members of the forum in regards to nandrolones and trenbolones and gyno...

because both the nandrolones and trenbolones have an affinity for progesterone receptors it is always better to use Clomid and not Kessar during PCT with these 2 products,in fact Kessar can make progesterone based gyno worse ,by acting as an estrogen to block the estrogen receptors it fools the body into thinking it has estrogen present and you need to have estrogen present for progeterone based gyno PCT with only the Clomid and HcG.

also seeing this is his first cycle why try and put a plaster cast on a graze when a plaster will do the trick... rather start simple seeing that ur receptors are clear and then later cycles start adding in things such a deca...Test only first cycles work well and to add in deca so soon would just be over kill at the moment...rather get to know your body using 1 substance before throwing in a whole pile of anabolics. look at this way... if go on cycle for your first time and u take deca,tren,equi and test all at once.how do u know which substance works for your body... start basic with test and then add in other substances later on champ

Howzit Dj. with regards to the cycle in this thread how would Letrozole be used in PCT . I am running a similar cycle and have no idea on how letro is used or even what it is?

Agreed, test only is the way to go for a first cycle. 500-600mg per week depending what brand. I wouldn't even add the Dbol kickstart and rather frontload the test instead, but I see no harm in it. A standard test only 12week'r with kessar on hand in case your sensitive to gyno is whats in order. Then just get some HCG and kessar for PCT.

that is to a heavy cycle imo for a first cycle. My first ever cycle was depotrone 200mg a week for eight weeks and i pickup about 12kg, I would use the test only for 8weeks or so and some dbol to frontload max 2-3weeks.

When do you start runing letrozole. i have read that it blocks 98% estrogen so is it advisable to use as maintanance if gyno apears during a cycle or only during PCT and then how long would you run it for in both cases. Shot .

Also did 200mg pharma grade depotrone on my first cycle, for eight weeks, though didn't gain as much as you did... After I dropped water think I'd gained a good six kilos or so. Don't remember, too long ago

I also used depo on my first cycle... blew up 200mg a week, for 10 weeks....

that was around 10 years ago i also recomend small dose of test 200mg a week....
