Acne

Hi Guys


My mate and myself went on a cycle of testen 300 and Equi 350.
Test (1ml 2 x per week)
Equi (1ml 1 X per week)

I developed slight acne, nothing serious. He was worse off.
Is there any cycles that a 100kg dude can take without causing
too much of a reaction. Just wondering...

Acne developed during the cycle and has subsided since he has been off
the gear.

I think Tren has no sides... else HGH would probably be your best option, taken with Anavar!

Of course tren has sides, and var will also cause acne because its a DHT derivative. The cause of acne on cycle is an excess of DHT. If you struggle with DHT related side effects finpecia is a good option. Personally I think anybody using 1g of gear a week should seriously invest in a systemic 5-alpha-reductase inhibitor given its possible effects on prostate over and above hair and acne). I use a ketoconazole containing shampoo to help with hairline and acne (its also a 5-alpha-reductase inhibitor). Any other topical inhibitor of this enzyme will also reduce acne at the site. Also, if you react really badly it is possible to run roaccutane on cycle (just look after your liver).

Finpecia (finasteride) 1mg per day on cycle for DHT sides. ketoconazole can be found in the famous nizoral shampoo. I use a cheaper shampoo called Kez. I buy it at dischem. Its used to treat fungal infections of the scalp.

roacutane is a bad drug. it has very bad effect on your bone marrow. take it only if your acne situation is really really bad. if its not serious deal with it. If you not losing hair or you dont have prostate issue a bit of acne wont hurt you

rather look at an antibiotic called tetralysil 300mg for your acne problems...

Been taking 600mg/day of Tetralysel and it works like a charm... had 1 or two zits in the last 6 months, dont get your doc to give u tetracycline or minomycin (these 2 are usually prescribed) they have been around for YEARS and are no where near as good as Tetralysel

where can i get this stuff... my back has alot now, how long does it take for the acne to go away? does it leave scars?

Is the shampoo helping you? Who told you to go get it a doctor? Why you using it?

I got Kev from dischem, about +/- R70.00. No script required.
Over the counter purchase.

They keep it in the dispensary not on the shelves with the other shampoo.
If you like me, you'll be in the shampoo isle for half an hour, and find zero.

Been using it for about a week, esp. on my back and chest.
Looks as if its clearing up, no radical change, but I'll run with it until
its finish. Give it some time to work.

Oh intersting cos it used to be on the shelves and my bf couldn't find it a few wks ago, Even asked and the lady had no idea!!! She thought we were talking about Kair shampoo not Kez

If its the Kez you using then yeah, its not instant draastic change, but a local inhibitor will go a long way to preventing further pimples from coming onto the skin.

This might mean nothing but:

A mate of mine started Finpecia (finasteride).
No sure of the dosage he used, but he said it effected his
ability to maintain an erection.

For hair loss some guys are using Regain.
Its active ingredient is minoxidil.
They say it helps. Not a personal review so its hear-say.

Yea finpecia affects the libido its a side effect but also it can cause fertility problems.Was your friend taking it alone or was it while he was on gear? But I am going to take it anyways with my next cycle libido or no libido my girl will have to understand if theres a problem...

Im takin FinCar5 devided in 3 at the moment - slightly less libido but thats not going to make a difference cause the better-half cant keep up with even that!

Hi guys, does anyone know of a good derm I can see? After my last cycle I got really deep sore acne, not all over, mostly lower back, shoulders and sore deep sore ones on the back of my neck, would always get one on the one side and when its gone another on exactly the oposite side and its hard to leave alone, im thinking tetracycline but maybe I should just see a derm first, see whats up. Any of you have similar problems or advice?

Finpecia really shouldn't effect your libido on cycle. If your taking it off cycle then yeah, but I've never had problems with it while on. It can only limit DHT production so much, and in addition testostrone itself has libido stimulating properties prior to its conversion to DHT.

Less: Yeah I use the ketoconazole for acne but in effect it should help slightly with hairloss to. I'm not saying its as good as the Spironolactone, Azeleic Acid, Minoxidil, Retinol combo, but I think it plays an equal role in preventing hairloss.
I don't have serious hairloss issues but for prevention I use a little spironolactone and ketoconazole as topical DHT inhibitors just in case. For regrowth it is recommended to use minoxidil and retinol A.

Fincar is the 5mg version of Finpecia. Same as Proscar is the 5mg version of Prooecia.
