Hi..advice needed

I am on a deca/winstrol stack (deca 300mg)(stanzolol Tabs)..I train at 17:00pm..I am injecting 1ml(deca 300mg)every Monday morn (8weeks)..When do I take the winstrol tabs
in the morning or an hour before I train..and what post cycle therapy should I take to keep my sex drive..

What's your reasoning behind taking Deca and Winny only?

My aim is to cut but keep my existing muscle size,I'm on a high protein diet
and want to lose major body fat which has built up around my muscle,stomach,chin etc
is this the right way to go

I think you might want to use some test prop cause Deca shuts you down bad. You'll have problems with your willy.

How much of test should I take a week..and do I take it on the same day that I take deca and how long(weeks) should I take test

The norm is 100mg Test Prop Every Other Day. So you will let say take your first shot on Monday then Wed, Fri, Sun, Tue etc...

You can mix your Deca with your test as far as I know and inject in one go, just don't go over 3ml per injection. So if Monday comes round and your only injecting Test the next day then inject Deca on its own. So only mix together and inject when you need to inject both on a Monday.

Run Test Prop 2 weeks longer than your Deca.

You will also need to inject in different spots. Like Monday glutes, Wed quads and so forth.

I would look at maybe dropping the deca and putting in some equipoise.

Oh yeah don't take winstrol orals longer than 4 weeks, it hurts your liver.

You should probably do something similar to this:

Week 1 - 10: Test Prop 100mg EOD
Week 1 - 8: Deca 300mg/week
I am not sure if you take the orals the first four weeks or the last four weeks @40mg/day
HCG: 500IU x 2/week from week 2 - 11
Clomid: 3 days after last Test shot. 50mg/day for 7 days
Letro: 0.5mg - 1.0mg per day for three weeks

I think that should do it.

Will it help if I just stayed on Deca/winstrol and take "pregnyl"
(excuse spellin) and Kessar as a post cycle therapy after my last shot of Deca

You always need Test as a base.
Taking pregnyl during your cycle will keep your nuts looking like nuts instead of raisins.
Add the Test to your cycle, it's for your own good.
If adding Test Prop is too many shots/pins for you then you could possiably add Test En which you can take twice a week (every 3.5days).
Just remember to keep the Test dosage higher than the Deca dosage.

Letro after cycle

Don't use kessar and deca or tren,use letrozole.Use clomid in your pct.Also don't use deca without test.Your mrs won't love u if u do not use test cos u will have one times limp tool
