have a good few vials of sus...want to do 2nd cycle...any suggestions? duration.dosage etc?

Well I did well on my first cycle with 500mg Sustanon for 10 weeks.

To fully benefit from sust i would suggest 1shot every other day,thats to utilise the short esters.You should look at doing 3-4 amps a week to get best gains.Throw in masteron for 5-6weeks at 2mls a week and u should be on top of the world.If u not throw in some nandro prop at 2mls a week and u should have a nice lean cycle.Don't forget the pct though.Vital.

whats the best length to run the cycle for?

i'd say 6 weeks with masteron for lean mass

week 1-10 sust 250 (inj. every 5 days)
week 10-13 winstrol tabs 20mg a day

i'd go for every 2-3day injections so u get the best results from the sust...

ok thanks so then how long do I run sust for to get best gains...and should i do winny at the end to harden up and bridge till pct..if so when do I start and at what dosage
