How long you been training for?can you follow a diet consisting of grilled tasteless chicken breast veggies and rice for 3 months?

Hey DJ squirrel man. I agree that test is a great base for any cycle but thought I'd just comment on your post a bit. I'm not sure where the link is between winstrol causing shut down and needing test. Yes Winstrol like any other anabolic will shut you down, but its also quite androgenic so at 50-100mg per day he will not suffer from the ill effects of missing endogenous androgens like a "limp bizkit".

Kay bro, I'm still not sure I'm convinced you know enough to be on anabolics so I'm gonna just say be carefull and make sure you keep educating yourself.

A drink every now and then wont kill you, just be responsible.

I keep hearing the other guys on the forum saying that anavar takes a long time to get into your system. I usually have the opposite reaction. Every time I use Anavar, I get a strength spike after 3 or 4 days on it, and then it half dissappears and slowly builds up again. I try not to go overboard in those couple of days for fear of tearing something. Thats from 30mg/day.:S
