Usually you want to be off for as long as you cycled + PCT. So if you were on for 4 weeks and PCT was 5 weeks, then the rule of thumb is stay off for 9 weeks before starting again.

There are many good bulking cycles on this site, read the stickies in the forums.

A classic bulking cycle would be Dbol, Test and Deca.

You might want to try something like this

Week 1 to 12 500mg to 750mg Test En
Week 1 to 10 350mg Deca
Week 1 to 4 Dbol @40mg pd.

Week 1 to 12 Letro @ .5mg eod (for sides)

The PCT as discussed.

Letro for 12 weeks will hamper gains. Rather keep on hand and incorporate in PCT

Meant to keep Letro on hand for sides for the full 12 weeks.

Do you agree with my dose Netro? @ about .25mg pd?

I know everyone will probably react differently.

I found higher than that (with me anyway) it blasted my libido to hell.

Depends what Test you are running.

Test Prop will be everyday.

Test E maybe 2 x a week

Sust will be 3 x week.

The deca can be taken once a week.

The Dbol is an oral, taken everyday
