This is a quote of a very respected female member of this forum who uses Clen as well: "she has to cycle the clen either two days on and off or two weeks on and off. If she cycles it then I would choose to do two weeks on two weeks off, but thats just my preference" And start with 40mcg (1 drop = 5mcg) so 8 drops in mouth in morning before cardio, then slowly increase dosage per week.
