1.)when do you use milk thistle...? only when using stacks that strain the liver.. like dbol or anapolan? do you take it everyday with b12 & other vitamins etc?
I take it with any cycle
2.) must you stick to one brand only, for eg. using sus, if my sus (350 @ 2x / week) runs out and i use another brand (sus 250 @ 3x/week) will i experience problems due to the 50mg increase? or should they be kept the same / constant, brands as well?
Does'nt matter the brand . As long as its good and you keep to the same mg.
3.) should you stay away from using creatine & other supps etc. while on cycle?
Save it for when you cycle is finished , to help you keep more of your gains. Just dont take anything that can fuck around with you test levels. You need to get them back to normal with the PCT
4.) when is a good time to inject... morning, afternoon or evening? before a shower or after?
Depends what you taking.I would take the fast acting in the mornings on training days. Others can be done at night
5.) which vitamins are compulsory to take while on cycle?
All of them (multi vit)
6.) Preg injections, which is preferable intra-muscular or sub (under the skin)?
If the box says intra-muscular then its intra

No booze fizzies , coffee = black .

Depends on cycle.

I start taking it about a week before I start orals and carry on 2-3 weeks after orals. Have read that it can hamper gains but since we only have 1 liver its best to take it.

No need to stick to the same brand, just stick to the same amount, no need to incease amount.

Depends what you taking. Test En & cyp every 3.5 days - Monday morning & Thursday night

I was speaking to some guys at the gym few days ago about milk thistle. Most oaks reckon its good but helps break down gear faster hence gains are on the risky side. This true?
