sus 250 / anavar low cycle ..

ok after ive read 200 hours on the internet about my combination,im still confused off all the science words for the PCT cycle. so far my low dosis combination will be:

week 1-6 250 mg p/w (sus)
week 4-8 anavar 60mg p/day

the reason why im keeping it that low is for the acne.i dont need that shit again in my life.otherwise fck this juice,but im 29 and think the worst is over and it might only end up on my upperback,and shoulders. ok now for the science part? is it really neccery to take a PCT cycle after that low/short cycle of sus/anavar? is there any side affects of acne on a PCT cycle? i cant find the answer online. if not ,can you guys help me with a PCT cycle. pls keep it simple. only 1 product.when and how much a day?

another qeustion.. what is the best way to have the body of youre life after 2 years, is it to clean bulk for a year or 2 straight and then cut,or is it better to bulk/cut/bulk/cut all the way in shorter periods up to 2 or 4 years.

There's a common thought that if you going to do a cycle, do a proper cycle or don't do a cycle at all.
I'd also suggest that you use Test En as you'll only need to pin every 3.5days (less pins for your 1st cycle)
If you use Test En you'll have to run a 10 - 12 week cycle, as it only kicks in around the 4th weeks.
You worring too much about acne, I'm on 500mg p/w and have no acne and in the past I've gotten about 5 pimples but then again you body is dofferent to mine.

Now for the most important part:
YES IT IS NECESSARY TO DO A PCT (even after a 6 week cycle)

From some of your previous posts you've mention that DJ is helping you out, why don't you just let him advise you on a diet & a cycle ?

If your sensitive to acne then you will get the acne even on a short low dose cycle. Sorry bro, that's just the way it is...

champ,250mg of sust a week and for only 6 weeks is gonna suck...rather look at dieting and training hard first for 6months of your 1 year goal and then look at juice for the last 3 months... its will be worth while training as a natural for a while...i will sort u out dont stress dude...

sustanon is overrated and requires eod injections.... in my opinion it sucks, test is test, if you doing a short cycle and require stuff to work fast and out the system fast then test prop or else longer cycle test e...

Mate of mine is on Sus right now we started him off on 1000 mgs first week and then 2 shots of 250 mgs per week. He has already put on 5 Kgs in 3 weeks and since he is taking 0.5 Adex hes looking very lean too. Im gonna do sus for my next cycle. The local SA Organon sus is what he is using right now and its really amazing how well its working

The acne is caused by DHT, get yourself some Fincar-5 tablets, divide them into 4, take a 1/4 tablet everdyay.

I knw alot about training and diets but nothing really about juice, but what ive learnt sus 250mg is not enough. Im on my 2nd week of taking 700mg of test and ive put on 4kgs.
So i think train for like a year with a good diet than start your cycle hit it hard and precise.
Yeah the acne sux but thats juice for u.

I don't know why you pulled this older thread up but sus is not overrated and does not need to be injected EOD. It was specifically designed for stable blood levels of free testosterone with longer periods between injections.

Test is test, you don't need TEST XYZ to do ABC.... keep it simple, i've been using sus right since sustanon 100 was first released, long before release of sustanon 250..... its overrated and shit..... I get much better results from a 250mg of test e than I do from 250mg of sustanon. if taken EOD then it works, but thats not very comfortable for a long cycle...

I'm kinda busy right now so I'm not going to work through all the maths and post it up, but there is no benefit to taking sustanon more frequently.

Situation 1:
If you are comparing injecting equal doses of Testen and Sust once a week, both reach there plateau concentrations for free testosterone at reasonably similar time frames, and maintain similar concentrations. The peaks are slightly higher and dips slightly lower for sustanon but overall concentrations are comparable. In this instance sustanon has the edge because gains start to come in quicker.

Situation 2:
If you are comparing injecting equal doses of Testen and Sust twice a week, both still reach plateau concentrations for free testosterone at reasonably similar time frames, but although sustanon peaks are still higher the Testen dips are coniderably reduced. This means that although Testen maintains much more stable levels of free testosterone by increasing dosing intervals Sustanon does not improve much over once a week injections.

There is no considerable additional benefit to sustanon stable blood levels by injecting more frequently.
