Hi guys I know that this has been discussed intensively, however I have read so many books that I am know confused. I have started by 1st cycle of clen and decided to use it 2days on ,2days off, starting with 40mcg and increasing it to 60mcg, I read the following statement on the internet “It also has a longer half-life that makes the 2 day on, 2 day off Clenbuterol cycle unsound to follow” Please can some –one explain it for me and what does half life means

No with clen its different... 2 days on 2 days off is good, it works for some others 2 weeks on 2 weeks off is the best way of running it.
its due to how quickly you get a receptors starting rejecting it... my girlfriend does 2 days on 2 days off and other times 2 weeks on 2 weeks off... we find the 2 week split gives her the best results

What I mean by results is, its very active, like my chick feels very shaky and stuff, after 2 weeks no shakes, or very mild if any at 100mcg a day what she is currently on. so as the bee said, 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off is great... my chick is training very hard and on a very strict diet, i think clen by itself would do nothing.

lol sounds like my woman, no idea how they get to the gym at that time....
north_boy... jeah, i've never really understood how its supposed to work to be honest... i'm doing bodyfat test on a monthly basis so I guess that will be the best way to know for certain if its working also by taking measurements...

04h40 - Shaker with 100ml skim milk, 150ml water, half cup oats, 1 scoop WPC, 2tsp Milo(just for taste), 4 caps PNS Ni-agra, 1 Flaxseed cap
05h00-06h00 training (SSN Crea pure + water)
06h15 - Shake in blender
6 egg whites and 1 yolk
1 cup oats
100ml skim milk
4 scoops WPC
3 tsp smooth cottage cheese
1 desert spoon sugar free peanut butter
1 banana
4 ice blocks
After shake - 1000mg Vit C + 1 Multivitamin
